The room had a damp smell, as if the carpet had been wet for a while. The bathtub could be cleaned with bleach to remove stains that make it look dirty.

Great staff, beautiful hotel and the location is great if you are planning to do thing in the Yas Island, such as going to Ferrari World, SeaWorld, Yas Marina and etc. But around 30 minutes far from the city center with a car, so only stay in this hotel if the Yas Islands was the bigger part of your planning, and that was our case. Great breakfast and the pool area is also very cool.

I was initially allocated room 248. As soon as I walked in the smell was extremely putrid! Smelt of dampness & old carpet. The curtains had many dirty stains. There was paint droppings on most corners of the bathroom. The bath tub had someone’s hair around it! Went down to reception and changed the room, was able to view the condition before accepting. Staff were helpful, however never once apologized for the inconvenience nor did they come see what I was talking about. The new room was much better, smelt and looked cleaner. The facilities are great but the rooms are outdated, mainly being the carpet.

Great location - yas parks voucher a bonus and nice touch. We visited the seaworld park. Great restaurants and facilities at the hotel. Beach near by. Good food, breakfast was good. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I was charged 20 AED for the plates and the cutlery. I mean, it’s fine, it’s just that having stayed at plethora of hotels around the world , I have never been asked to pay extra for the plates and the cutlery .

TV channels are very basic.

I had the deluxe room with a balcony and amazing sea view. Check-in and check-out process was very fast and smooth. The staff are very helpful and friendly especially the staff working in the breakfast area in the morning. Breakfast was excellent as it had a wide variety of food selection. Room dining was good too and open 24 hours. Room Service was excellent and quick too. The room was spacious and clean. The Hotel is very close to the airport and to all the main attractions in Yas Island.

Noise , peep sound coming from outside, every minute 2 times it make noise am not able to sleep It seems like some device running and keep peeping every minute Called security & call reception to investigate but issue not resolved.

The pool was quite small for such a big hotel, however, they offered beach club access. The beach club was quite small, too.

The hotel is easily accessible from the airport by a 10-min car ride. The facilities were well organised and well maintained. It offered a very nice breakfast.

One minor criticism would be breakfast bread and pastries were not quite as fresh a sperhpps they once were.

Iron and minibar didn't work. But to be honest - after call to reception hotel staff fixed it within 10 minutes. Not enough proteins on breakfasts. Eggs, omletes, cheese... No fish and no chicken. Would be great to add it.

Big and clean room. We got a seaview room. Staff was responsive and fast. Beach was relatively small, but nice and clean. Electrical "golfcar" was provided for beach transfet, but we took a minute to to the beach by foot. Breakfast were good. Not big variety, but good quality.
