There were a couple of things that didn't work e.g. bedside light, TV remote control which we didn't mind too much but we expected better.

They could be more attentive in the restaurant keeping the food trays full. They also ought to put covers on the syrups & jams on the buffet or at least put them under netting. Too easily accessed by flying insects.

Charmingly done to represent old style Emirati houses. Rustic but with all the amenities.

during the 1st day of stay the room was a bit hot even the aircon temperature is at the coldest temp.. unable to use the TV as it doesnt have sound and no movie channels..you will just use the room for sleeping.. breakfast is good but the menu is almost same everyday..

The place is combination of modern and old times especially the room and toilet..just the area alone is good for pictures..plus easy access to metro, gold souk and airport..

It is a very busy hotel so staff are always preoccupied with large tour groups, we were definitely last priority and sometimes felt like we were in the way!

Amazing location with a comfortable and cool room. Loved the balcony and shower especially, along with one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in.

I can understand it's to keep the authentic decor intact but a little more light would have been preferable in the bathroom. Specifically when you want to dress up. 😉

My daughter and I fell in love with the ambience. We stayed for 1 night. Hope to go back when weather gets cooler later in the year. 🤞Location, Old world charm of the hotel and the rooms, polite staff, good breakfast everything was good. Heritage souq and creekside location made our evening relaxed fun.

Unfortunately, when you book a room with a market view, you won't get one - the whole market is covered to protect from the sun and you can't see anything, you're just paying more money for the same room - this is not correct and the hotel needs to think a lot well, should they sell certain rooms with a "view" at a higher price. The bathroom, unlike the room, was not cleaned well - there was dirt on the tiles, and the shower head was also quite dirty. The air conditioner blows very cold all the time, it can't to adjust the blowing force and no matter how much you increase the degrees - it does not respond.

The hotel is very conceptual and well made. The breakfast is good. The room is well cleaned. All the staff are very kind. It offers a really good and authentic experience

The staff at the hotel were not very helpful. They seemed upset whenever we spoke to them. They were also quick to pawn off responsibilities to one another instead of helping us out. At the end of our stay, we met with a senior hotel personnel, Sameh, he was a lovely to speak to. I would recommend the staff to be a bit nicer and more accomodating towards the guests.

The room is a bit small but for the location, it is worth the money. We did not opt for the breakfast option as there are many cafes nearby and you can definitely get some local and authentic food experience for a good price nearby and including at the Arabian Tea House.

The hotel buildings are distributed all along the Heritage Area, so my room was a bit far away from the hotel main building for check-in. This may cause some inconvenience. Public transport to and fro the hotel is very very limited. One extra reminder, the bus T10, which google maps show stopping at the Heritage Village, DOES NOT RUN.

The rooms and the Al Seef Heritage district are full of charisma, and the rooms are so well designed to make guests feel comfortable. The buffet breakfast is stunning. They have options from Western to Arabic, and the quality is very high. A well worth add-on.

This is a perfect location for exploring old Dubai. We were able to walk many places. The staff were helpful and attentive. The restaurant was wonderful, good food and friendly staff.
