The only thing is that there are only 2 european electric outlet in the room and if you dont have an adaptor its going to be not very convenient

The beach too small and the water wasn’t clean at all, the pool really really not deep enough, the breakfast average very noisy need an other option maybe by the pool ,

Everything about the hotel was beyond my expectations. Staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Waseem, who greeted us when we got there and answered all our questions. The room itself was amazing and very clean, cleaners did a very good job everyday. The pool was great, they have heated pool for babies which was good for my daughter. The restaurant within the hotel close quite late which was helpful for a late evening snack/meal or drinks.

The pool is nice, the shape (arc) is good to play and relax in the water, but professional swimmers have to do arc-shaped laps. The doors to the room and the balcony are heavy and need very strong push to open.

The balcony ocean view is beautiful. The private beach is good.

One thing was sad is that even though we came for a short time, we did not had the chance to swim or enjoy the pool or the beach as the weather was bad. Nevertheless, it did not prevent from us to have a good time at the hotel.

Good hotel, we really enjoyed it. We stayed during the weekends so we had time to rest and check out few places in Abu Dhabi. Hotel room was perfect, it had everything we needed, comfortable and the bathroom is really superb. Everything this hotel had very beatiful entirior.

We were unable to get a late check-out even though we stayed for a whole week. Understand from the staff that they needed to turn it around, so we continued to stay and use the facilities of the hotel till we had to leave for the airport. Unfortunately, we were no longer considered hotel guests (because we had checked out) and were refused the 20% F&B discount at Pearl Lounge, whereas the italian restaurant did so for us. It was also clear no one took our rooms after, because they couldn't find any guest in the room number we provided when we were paying for our meals and sorting out the above situation, so I am disappointed that they used the excuse of turning the room around to not allow us to check out late. I was also told at check-in that despite booking through 3rd party, I will be able to accumulate points. Front desk took my membership details etc. But then after seeing no points added when I left, and sent in an enquiry with the Hyatt membership team, they said it is not possible. Given the number of 5 star hotels at Abu Dhabi, these 2 incidents has certainly knocked off points and I will probably choose to stay elsewhere next time.

The Pearl Lounge is so comfortable, great arabian food and shisha. Had 2 great nights chilling after a long day. Breakfast is great, but after staying for a week, it gets repetitive Gym is well equipped and not busy Bed is comfortable and the housekeeping were great too

The fact that the pool form the PR3 level was closed and that wasn't writen (public) anywere. We had dinner at the Italian restaurant. The waiter was very nice and the food was good, but not for a 5 Star Hotel. The Hotel looks much nicer then that reastaurant.

Tha pool was perfect, allthough it was windy outside. The guy that added the bed in our room was so discret, we didn't realise when he finished his job. The richest breakfast that we ever had. At the end of oru breakfest a lady came to us to apolagise for any incovenience that we might experienced, given the fact that it was a crowded morning. We'll come back for longer stays.

As soon as you arrive you are delighted with the breathtaking lobby. We particularly liked the well-trained and always attentive and friendly staff. Breakfast, pool, location…everything is wonderful! A birthday cake arrived to our room without specifically pointing it out. Last but not least, a special thank you goes to Shaima and Amit from the restaurant team, who surprised us with a heartwarming farewell. They f course we would love to come again!
