Room was quite warm and difficult to get temperature just right. Also, rooms aren't very sound proof so could hear people talking outside and closing doors.

Ambience of hotel is lovely; breakfast was great; whisky bar was a great little venue for our group; lots of facilities eg. gym. Lovely hotel and good 20 minute walk into town.

Room and bathroom a little squiby - but we were told that - I will book King Classic next time.

Location is walking distance to shops, the Restaurant is top class, food delicious. The cosy fires by the Gin and Whisky bar are delightful. The room was a little small - but we were told that, the bed was super comfy and warm and our room was refreshed daily - a nice bonus.

Our only disappointment, was the meal we had on our first night, at the restaurant. Although the staff, again, were attentive and beyond helpful (they even added a birthday candle to my husband's dessert, for his birthday that day), and the atmosphere was lovely, the main meals weren't as good. My Prawn Linguine was drowning in oil (to the point, that's all I could taste) and my husband's fish was flavourless. We were just disappointed, considering the special occasion, we were dining for. However, our shared entree and dessert, were quite nice.

The staff are incredible. Very attentive and caring. The Hotel itself is wonderful and the room we stayed in, like the rest of the building, was beautifully decorated and both clean & cosy. Highly recommend.

Moved to upgraded room was great. To be very picky we were near the whisky bar which was a little noisy. We were warned of that and it wasn't bad at all.

Only power points for charging phones and computer were in bathroom, so not entirely convenient.

Comfortable bed in cosy room with cheerful bathroom. Outlooks are very attractive and the location is good. The hotel was quiet and warm, which counts in Bowral in winter! Both dinner and breakfast were excellent.

The hotel atmosphere is amazing. Our room is very big and clean with good decoration and design. The restaurant inside the hotel is very good and yummy. The hotel car park is located at the back of the hotel with many EV charging spots. Will come back again.

Nothing we didn't like, but would have been helpful to know that the restaurant is quite popular so we should have booked it when we booked the accommodation. Also would be good if there were allocated car spaces for people staying in the accommodation as quite a few spots were taken up by people eating in the restaurant.

The ambiance of the hotel was both charming and elegant, with tasteful décor that exuded a sense of timeless luxury. Check-in was very easy, the staff were very helpful and the rooms were lovely.

They forgot to book us a table for dinner upon arrival and there was no availability. Ideally they should be giving preference to hotel guests or at least keeping a couple of tables spare. Only one receptionist which means at times a bit of a wait. Bathroom did not have a pleasant smell.

Pool was unavailable as it was being refurbished. also the Telsa charging stations were not useful, attempted to charge car for 40mins with no success.

The only criticism we had was that the service was really slow at breakfast time. We waited 20 minutes for 2 poached eggs.

The hotel had a great feel about it. The staff were friendly, great location and was clean and well presented.
