You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaRoom was quite warm and difficult to get temperature just right. Also, rooms aren't very sound proof so could hear people talking outside and closing doors.
Ambience of hotel is lovely; breakfast was great; whisky bar was a great little venue for our group; lots of facilities eg. gym. Lovely hotel and good 20 minute walk into town.

Location is walking distance to shops, the Restaurant is top class, food delicious. The cosy fires by the Gin and Whisky bar are delightful. The room was a little small - but we were told that, the bed was super comfy and warm and our room was refreshed daily - a nice bonus.

AustraliaOur only disappointment, was the meal we had on our first night, at the restaurant. Although the staff, again, were attentive and beyond helpful (they even added a birthday candle to my husband's dessert, for his birthday that day), and the atmosphere was lovely, the main meals weren't as good. My Prawn Linguine was drowning in oil (to the point, that's all I could taste) and my husband's fish was flavourless. We were just disappointed, considering the special occasion, we were dining for. However, our shared entree and dessert, were quite nice.
The staff are incredible. Very attentive and caring. The Hotel itself is wonderful and the room we stayed in, like the rest of the building, was beautifully decorated and both clean & cosy. Highly recommend.

Comfortable bed in cosy room with cheerful bathroom. Outlooks are very attractive and the location is good. The hotel was quiet and warm, which counts in Bowral in winter! Both dinner and breakfast were excellent.

The hotel atmosphere is amazing. Our room is very big and clean with good decoration and design. The restaurant inside the hotel is very good and yummy. The hotel car park is located at the back of the hotel with many EV charging spots. Will come back again.

AustraliaNothing we didn't like, but would have been helpful to know that the restaurant is quite popular so we should have booked it when we booked the accommodation. Also would be good if there were allocated car spaces for people staying in the accommodation as quite a few spots were taken up by people eating in the restaurant.
The ambiance of the hotel was both charming and elegant, with tasteful décor that exuded a sense of timeless luxury. Check-in was very easy, the staff were very helpful and the rooms were lovely.

AustraliaThey forgot to book us a table for dinner upon arrival and there was no availability. Ideally they should be giving preference to hotel guests or at least keeping a couple of tables spare. Only one receptionist which means at times a bit of a wait. Bathroom did not have a pleasant smell.
Chic hotel with a great ambience and beautiful setting. Rooms are nicely furnished and there is a great on-site restaurant as well as a very nice whiskey bar
