There wasn't enough bench space in the bathroom, had to put toiletry bag on the toilet, the mirror fogged up. But overall the hotel is lovely.

The accommodation was very spacious & the bed was very comfortable, there is a kitchen which is great if you will be there for a few nights. We had breakfast & it was delicious lots to choose from. Overall a comfortable nights accommodation.

We requested one double room and one of the rooms to be a twin, but received two double rooms. The pool and jacuzzi were both extremely cold and we could not use them. This was one of the main reasons we had chosen Fraser Suites.

The Suites were in a good location and the room facilities were good. We were also very happy with the river views.

The food from the restaurant during breakfast room service was a little dismal. Hard to get it right with set ours. I would recommend ensuring you pre-order the day before with a set delivery time so it is fresh and hot.

The heated pool & spa were a great way to finish off the day. We went to Crown for lunch which was only a short trip, and could keep the car at the hotel. The rooms were really spacious as well.

The TV was so low down on the floor you have to sit up straight in bed to watch it. Huge tip: Mount the tv on the wall, people want to lay down in bed and relax, not crane their heads over the foot of the bed to watch tv. Too far from the city shops, restaurants, entertainment etc to walk there. Had to get a taxi in and out or it would have been a 40 minute walk. Didn't realise it was so far out of the heart of the city.

We did ask for a view of the river and got half a view if we craned our necks out the window to have a look, otherwise it was a view of the building opposite us and if you look to the left, a view of the adjoining person's room so keep the blinds closed people! The bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. The room had good kitchen facilities. The bathroom amenities were simple. There was shampoo, conditioner and soap and a small paper bag with 2 face pads and a few cotton buds in it, but no toothbrush or toothpaste, no vanity bag for tampons, pads and no shower cap! Could have done with some moisturiser also. Definitely lacking in the bathroom amenities department. There were dressing gowns and basic slippers which was great. Room temp was perfect. Very clean room, sheets, carpet. There is a lot of storage for clothes and for groceries etc if you're planning a long stay. The staff were very lovely, generous and accommodating.

Parking/breakfast extra costs. Breakfast was lukewarm. The loud door closing of everyone's suites through the night.

I enjoyed breakfast although I was sure it was included in price but, apparently, wasn't. Easy coffee machine. It was clean and staff were lovely. Loved my view. Food available at any time. Comfy bed with pillow options. Microwave/convection oven. Nice quality bathroom products.

Car park was full (and gets full very quickly), and there was no street parking left. It’s not the hotel’s fault - but something to bear in mind. We had to park in a city car park around 500m away and walk the distance with our luggage.
