- The WiFi was a little sketchy (we had mobile data on our phones so wasn't the end of the world) -We wanted to connect our phones to the TV but our room didn't allow that for some reason or we just couldn't figure out how to or something I don't know what was going on there (again not the end of the world we just watched what we wanted to on our phones) -Our stay was a bit pricey from what we would've liked it to be (but then again pretty much everything is pricey these days so yeah it is what it is I guess)

-Place was fairly easy to get to -Place was a nice & easy distance away from where we were heading to & from each day. -Place was safe & secure with 24hr care & someone always minding the front desk. -Staff were very lovely & welcoming. -Room was clean & comfy. -There was also a few treats the staff had left inside a bag in the room (for free) for my friend & I to enjoy which was very kind & thoughtful of them. The treats were delicious & very much appreciated.

You could hear all conversations as you walked past rooms and no chairs to sit on balcony

A bit out of the way and hilly all around but there was a free bus to downtown.the local area looked a bit rundown but the plce we stayed at looked good and felt secure.

The staff were incredible went out of their way to help us and so friendly.rooms were big

The bathroom layout was a bit strange with part of the vanity bench extending into the shower space. The shower curtain covers this but it wasnt a great setup.

The staff at the Metropolitan are fantastic. Very friendly, great to talk to and very helpful with any requests we had. Our room was very comfortable, clean and we had plenty of space. Great location close to the city with parking.

Very limited parking under the Hotel and pretty much only suited to small cars. However, there is a Wilson Car Park just around the corner which charge $13 per weekend day which I thought was reasonable.

I loved the location, it is so handy with only a 700m walk to Central Station. It is also very close to the Roma Street Gardens which is a bonus. There is a Cafe just out the front which was closed late Saturday, but I've been there before which is good.

Step up (in our room, not sure if all) to the bathroom (just awareness for those older / disabled) but bathroom was well lit.

Very friendly staff, location great for medical facilities nearby, free bus between Spring Hill & Brisbane City across the road, bed & armchair comfortable, secure building, good shower, Cafe ground floor with good & well priced meals, nice stay, will be returning.

Have previously stayed here before and will continue to come back. The accommodation is great value for money, always exceptionally clean and I have found the staff are always friendly and very helpful upon check in and check out.

Facilities - no coffee, tea, condiments or cups to make a cup of coffee which is complimentary for most hotels.
