There were no tissues provided. Bathroom basin needs a soap dish, nowhere to put soap. Cutlery minimal, a sharp knife was not included so we bought our own, and left it for the next person. Television reception was appalling each evening. Pixelation so bad we couldn't watch anything.

Liked the bungalow room. Could sleep with windows open for fresh air. Loved the gardens. Very relaxing. A bit expensive but location was great.

The room was comfortable and clean albeit small. The pool was great but overall the staff were very accommodating and friendly. I loved that there was a pet bird that we were allowed to interact with. He wes adorable!

The rooms in the main building are rather charmless but the bungalows appear to be much nicer. They are more expensive but may be worth the upgrade.

The staff were friendly and very helpful and the hotel well located. A plus was the hotel lorikeet was likes to greet guests.

Fantastic location, couldn't get any better - close to the waterfront, main shopping streets and restaurants. Loved the open style of the resort and being able to sit outside and enjoy the gentle breeze. Rooms were clean and comfortable, looked like they had been recently renovated. Staff friendly and helpful. Also loved the bantam chicken wandering around!

Feel the price was a little too much considering I was able to book the Hilton Doubletree for 3 nights with breakfast that was the same price as 2 nights without breakfast at Palm City.

Room and facilities are clean, comfortable and spacious. Loved having ability to prepare some light meals in the room. Pool was lovely, staff were excellent, and breakfast was decent for the price. The resident parrot and chicken were entertaining.

Nothing I didn’t like. They have limited parking space though it wasn’t an issue for us and there is ample parking along the streets which are free on weekends.

Location was very near Darwin cbd where numerous award winning restaurants are within walking distance. Coles and chemist warehouse is just a short walk round the block. It’s also near enough to walk to the waterfront and there is the bicentennial park for morning walks and seeing the sunset. Room was sufficiently big and very comfortable for 3 pax. There were 2 taps making it easy for everyone during the morning rush.

Hmmmm some of the outdoor areas maybe could have been a bit more inviting. The rooms and facilities were so good it made you look for areas not so good. It wasn’t bad just could be a bit better
