Arrived quite late but was able to check in easily. Checkout next day was also simple.

The room was pleasant enough for an stay when heading to airport. Was clean and comfortable. It was however very noisy. Could hear the neighbours.

The front desk was not very impressive...maybe as this was the pokies area bistro entrance... etc. Was a fair bit of "swearing and behaviour" from.patrons. The security guy sitting eating whist manning the desk had no idea!! We asked about the bistro hours...he grunted pointed towards the bistro and indicated he had no idea/care/interest.t The menu in the room was not very clear as to how to do room service. We eventually ended up ordering food in the pokies area as thr bistro had just closed. I could not believe how loud, unprofessional etc that whole area operated. Staff screaming out "Pizza"...then another staff member screaming out even louder "Pizza". Anyway eventually the Barista made us a great complimentary coffee....and helped us to find a lovely spot near reception to eat our food in comfort etc.

Rather dusty window area, so when opening the blinds it wasn’t pleasant breathing it in haha, blinds were stained and didn’t feel clean

The check in process was easy however when arriving after hours, finding where to go was complicated and had to get assistance from staff in the pokies. Understand limited staff in the late hours however signs at reception to say guest hotel check in would be great. The rooms also aren’t very sound proof either.

Location and cleanliness was great. Was heading to the airport in the morning and took 7 minutes so minimised any stress!

No staff on reception when I arrived and only came when someone from the pokies wanted cash so not very welcoming. Overheard staff talking about being run off there feet and having noone to cover so avoided the bistro and went to shopping centre for food. Massive crack in the sink which meant it leaked if you ran it. No plug near the kettle so had to move it across the room to boil.

Ideal location for collection family from airport, next to shopping centre. Beds were very comfy, rooms air-conditioned and clean. Shower was very good, excellent pressure although if you just wanted body shower this wasn't going to happen as it was a rainfall head that soaked you from above. Netflix etc on TV was a bonus Complimentary water a bonus

Very outdated and had to wait ages for someone to check us in we just drove 4 hours and it was 10pm at night.

The shower was either boiling or freezing so had to turn cold on and get in while it cooled down then turn it off and repeat 4 times

The location isn’t great. It’s a sterile pokie-focused pub in the car park of a Westfield shopping centre, I can’t imagine staying there for anything other than a place to sleep before going to the airport. The rooms are not soundproofed so you can hear music going on in the pub. The worst was that our room (6) made a horrendous squealing sound whenever the shower was on - I felt quite sorry for any of our neighbours when we were getting ready to leave for a flight at 4:40am!
