Room was old & tired and light switches in strange places. Water pressure in shower was absolutely pathetic, barely a trickle, and the shower head itself was useless too and needs replacing. I was out late one night, arriving back to the hotel approx 0845pm and encountered difficulties getting into the hotel car park, pressing the buzzer for reception several times, calling both numbers with no answer, trying reception buzzer twice again & both numbers a second time before finally getting an answer after being parked outside the gate for 5 mins.

The cafe in the front of the hotel made a nice breakfast & coffee. Staff that I spoke to were lovely.

Great location, and clean rooms. Close by to restaurants, tram, Acland Street, Sunday markets

Great location. Clean and reasonable. We were placed in a room towards the front and it was a bit noisy due to loud music coming from a bar. We asked to move and they moved us to a room at the back of hotel with no problems which was really quiet.

Everything was fine for a 3 star hotel and as to be expected at that price point.

Great location and affordable hotel close to the venue we attended for an event. easy to access on a tram from the city, a tram stop is literally at the door. Rooms were ok, spacious but a bit over used ( need a freshen up). The hotel is dated but ok for the cost.

All the dirty laundry from the previous people was still left in the room on our arrival. Was a little yuck.

Location was fantastic. Comfortable beds. Was great for a one night stay in St Kilda.
