The internet is very bad. Even if I send them a message 1 month before the booking and told them that I need good internet because I'm working remotely, they didn't fix the problem. The wifi work fine only if there are less people connected, I stayed there for 7 nights and in busy hours you cannot do anything on the wifi. You can go to Shopping Paulista which is 3min away and buy a sim card with internet and use hotspot if you really need the internet because you cannot count on wifi. Also they don't have ethernet cable.

The location, the apartment was clean, you get shampoo, soap, towel. There is 24/7 reception and they are friendly. I'm giving 7 because of the internet

There were no nice decoration that you can see in the pictures, there where nothing on the walls, no pictures/painting or anything. It's a detail but I think the room should be like presented in the pictures. I booked superior just to have nicer room but I guess it was like standard room so no need to pay more.

It is very well located in safe and nice area, close by big shopping center. Reception 24h .

We had an issue with hot water in the room and someone came to help sort out the issue, however it was not resolvable and they allowed us to change rooms. When getting to the new room we had the same problem however this time the staff member managed to sort it out. The wifi kept going on and off when we moved to the other room on both mime and my partners mobile devices which was a bit annoying.

The rooms are very clean, comfortable and the staff are very helpful and friendly! The rooms come with air conditioning and a smart TV.

The check-in was too long, not because of the staff (they were friendly by the way), but I think they need more people to attend the number of costumers

The room is tiny, we booked a room with two single beds but it was very tight. We could barely unpack and be able to move around at the same time. To go into the bathroom you need to go into the shower to be able to close the door. We arrived late at night 2am and although we did online check in with the mail we received it took the receptionist 20-30 minutes to check us in and give us a room. In the morning there were at least 30 people waiting to check in/out (with one person and reception and took forever to do something) that we just left and did not check out properly.

Location is perfect. Price was ok! Room was clean.

The only things I can think of that I think would make the place even better would be a coffee maker and toaster. It didn't need to be anything fancy. Also there's a cooktop, but no pots or pans so it can't really be used. One last thing is the wifi. Don't count on it during your stay. It is really unstable.

The location is great. The staff is really attentive, helpful and pleasant. The place is new and fresh. It is extremely easy to get around and you have all of the basics within walking distance.

Depending on the floor and side you stay on it can be noisy. If the room is in front of the elevator or if it has a window facing the street you might hear a lot of noise. Also, their luggage storage is small. They accept only one bag/ luggage per person. In our case, we checked out and asked the front desk to store our 3 suitcases for 3 hours, but we were informed there was not enough space in the storage. So my partner and I had to take our luggage to another place and pay to store it for a few hours. The price we paid for the taxi + the storage/ locker could have been used to stay in another hotel, quieter and with space to store luggage.

It's a nice place to stay for a short period of time. It has a good price and it is very well located.
