Positive section of review
I'm a hard-core naturalist and the location for this pousada couldn't be better. It is near the edge of tremendous woods; the largest in the region. The view from the veranda overlooking the wooded valley is inspirational. In my hikes over my three day stay yielded almost 50 species of birds including some rare ones. The visiting naturalist would be hard-pressed to find more suitable accommodations anywhere for their explorations.

An brand new studio with en-suite bathroom and kitchenette. Perfect location on a quiet street next to all the bars and restaurants on Beco de Batman and R. Aspicuelta. It is hosted by a really nice Italian guy (forgotten name sorry) who was really easy to communicate with and gave some great tips on the local area. Will 100% return here on my next trip to SP

The view and location can't be beat. It was the perfect location for all our needs. To wake up with that ocean view just started the day right. The roof top pool was fantastic. The breakfast was full of delicious options. And to add to all of that, the staff was helpful, friendly, and kind. Everyone went above and beyond.

My only small complaint is that the rooms echoed.. Our room had a door to the adjoining room, which I'm sure is great for larger parties. But because of the echo, we could hear pur neighbors pretty loudly through that door.

This time the room 106 was not good. Make sure that you have a room on the higher floors. On the 1st floor a lot of noise from equipment on the roof
