If I use small services like renting a towel or buying a snack they ask to pay immediately rather than settling the balance upon departure so my intl.card would take fewer commissions.

The hostel has a kitchen where you can cook and have free coffee and filtered water. The best thing is plenty of common space where you can watch TV, lie on comfy sofas and use 3 terraces located on different levels. Located in the central part but the surroundings are quiet.

you will feel like its a hotel, even you stay with 8 people it is a really good place. good people are working, they are helping you. cleaners are working all day. everything is okay.

Free coffee and buns, very helpful staff, safe and secure. Large room for 4 people with en-suite bathroom was ideal for friends travelling together. Great common areas, lots of seating both indoor and outdoor.

We booked the room with a private bathroom and it was very spacious and clean. The hostel is in a great location, clean and fully equipped with filtered water, fridge and several areas to rest and enjoy some relaxing. The decorations are just excellent, making you feel in the middle of a local exhibition. Antonio and his staff are very welcoming and willing to help you make your stay perfect in every aspect. We also did the "MIX 4 DAYS TOUR IN THE JUNGLE" with Antonio and it was very well organized, everything was smooth and excellent, the locations, the knowledge of the guide and the food. It has been exactly the unforgettable, authentic experience we wanted. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Wifi was weak in the room, and not too stable overall (Just in case you would need It to work remotely).

I really loved how available, kind and professional the staff was. AC in the room was working perfectly, and It was really quiet at night. They also stored our luggage safely after check out.

I rarely give a 10, but this place deserves it. Great helpful staff. Building with a soul and lots of common space. Good, clean rooms. The best travelers' place north of the Amazon hands down.

Too hot in the kitchen area but it's hard to do anything about it.

Super cozy accommodation with lots of Amazon's inspiring animals on paintings everywhere. The staff was helpful and nice. There was also a tour agency at the hostel. The accommodation was within reasonable walking distance of the city centre (even though it was super hot outside). We only used taxis to and from the airport. Good and working air conditioning in the room.

Nothing. Everything was good. I recommand the rooms with climatisation because it's very hot in Manaus :) I just forgot my swimming suit. If someone from Montreal or Ottawa can bring it back to me lol Just in case ;)
