You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I already know the IBIS hotel. For me it meets budget/benets, and it's safe to stay at IBIS, and it was nice to discover there's a restaurant.

BrazilIbis budget, from what I could understand, is the part of Ibis with less staff and smaller rooms. Perfect if you're not planning on using many features from the hotel (like pools etc). That said, the clealiness of the lobby needed a little work.
The breakfast exceeded my expectations a lot! Many options, staff always cleaning and bringing more food.

I was not worry about budget but some solution, but she did not demonstrate any interest. In addition, I have chosen breakfast on my online reservation what was not considered. It was not offered to me even a paid option for breakfast.

AustriaDue to COVID-19 they have reduced staff, which is understandable. However, all the focus of the hotel staff is given to the Ibis Hotel located next door. Therefore, you cannot find staff at the reception. Cleanliness also had some issues, despite towels were changed every day. Would be better if the reception were staffed.
