The breakfest was good, but could be way better if you compare to the toher hotels in the country that were not even as big as this. I understand that it's not exactly part of the hotel, but still, could improve.

The room was very comfortable and complete! It has impressed me that there was a kitchen and a big refrigerator in the room! The staff was also great, especially people from the front desk. The location is formidable! In front of one of the best malls of Brasília and a walk away from several touristical spots. I do recommend!

Weak WiFi. Parking was tricky - it's the 2nd garage, not the 1st (which is for the other Hplus hotel), and you need to go down to the 3rd subsolo and not park on the level where you enter. The hotel needs to inform arriving guests of these two important details to avoid guest stress.

Good room with balcony (and a view), great breakfast, good location with easy access to Conjunto Nacional (extensive food court).

Wifi password was given once the usual wifi didnt work on my room. Hopefully they can fix wifi access problem faster next time.

The man at the desk kept changing my room. he didnt check the records of the room properly. The first time was he double booked a room with me an improv comedian (not making this up. she and her co-actors had a show this weekend at the unip theater) in the same room. the second time he changed my room i just left the shower. Maybe double check the room before you book customers there.

The construction was very loud right next door to my room that I was not made aware of prior to receiving my room number. The staff was very helpful about this issue though & offered for me to move rooms. The breakfast was average. Didn’t have many options to choose from. The room service was not consistent. One night they brought up two alcoholic drinks that did not taste good at all. We ended up not even drinking it and did not get compensated for it either. Keep in mind that it may be difficult to communicate if you do not speak Portuguese. Some of the staff at the front desk does speak English however!

I had an amazing time staying at this hotel! The views from the balcony was very nice along with the room itself which was spacious. The shower gets very hot which I loved! Location was good. The front desk was absolutely so helpful! Kevin and MariAnna were the best! They helped translate and was always available to answer any of my questions. The rooftop pool was nice and was not busy at the time that I went. Room service is available, which was very nice. Overall I enjoyed my stay at this location!

Good place to stay in Brasilia center. Relatively close to shopping mall, there are few restaurants around. You need to take a taxi anyway wherever you want to go. Good breakfast, very polite staff.
