Everything was good, except they charged us to use the showers after check out after we paid a lot of money for the private rooms! Other hostels normally let us do it for free!

Great hostel that has a very friendly staff. It is close to the beach and to different bars. Even you can drink in the hostel's bar. It has a good rooftop with a view to the sea, it is a good place to meet new people. The hostel was very clean

I enjoyed a lot the time at wanderlust and staff in here are like a family taking care of everything we need amd responding to every question we had . #chama_michu Michu was a nice guy with a nice experience a good marketing man, talk to us and made us enjoy the time in the bar; he has Also a good team who I can’t remember all the names but I’m grateful for everything . The bathrooms were not so clean at mornings and some services could be offered like bathrooms after checkout or checkout at afternoon

Despite the numerous positive aspects of this hostel, the room temperature was a significant issue. The hostel had a strict policy of turning the air conditioning on only after 9 pm, which meant that the rooms were uncomfortably hot for a large portion of the day. This was particularly challenging as there was no fan available as an alternative cooling solution. This situation was further exacerbated for those staying in the top bunk beds. Once the air conditioning was turned on at 9 pm, these areas took a long time to cool down. Consequently, the temperature remained uncomfortable until around 12 am. The discomfort was significant enough that my back was noticeably sweaty when trying to sleep. This policy on air conditioning significantly impacted the comfort of my stay and is an area that I believe the hostel should reconsider for the benefit of all guests.

I had an ok experience at this hostel overall. It would be excellent if not for the air conditioning policy. It's clean and well-maintained and services offered were excellent, with a very good breakfast. The location of the hostel was another plus, strategically placed close to the beach and local restaurants. The beds were also comfortable and the shared spaces were designed in a way that encouraged social interaction.

A Brazilian copycat of western European hostels. The rooms were too small and there are only one bathrooms/toilets per floor. The air-conditioned of the rooms are switched back on between 10am and 11am and switched back on again at 9:00pm, making the rooms unbearable to stay in even for a 30 minutes nap. A bit ridiculous if you consider that it's high season in Maceió and the temperature outside is about 30⁰C.

The staff was quite friendly and so were the guests, making the stay easier.

The staff was very unfriendly. They were not welcoming at all. The room was not clean. My bedside closet was broken. They didn’t explain anything about the hostel. The breakfast was not fresh. It looks nothing like a hostel, very difficult to meet people.
