We travelled from the U.S. and stayed at this hotel to enjoy the city and attend spring fest. The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of where Oktoberfest/Spring fest takes place, which was perfect. I was traveling with my husband but can see why this is considered a good hotel for families as there is a small play area in the lobby and the rooms are very large. We upgraded to the suite, which had a separate sitting area with a couch. The bed is very comfortable. The suite has two toilets, which was convenient. The hotel seems very new and expertly decorated. We particularly enjoyed the bar, and the bartender Ariel was a delight.

Negative section of review
There were only a few things missing from this experience. There was a coffee pot in the room but no coffee or tea so I’m not sure what the point of having it in there was, other than to taunt me every morning. There was also no iron in the room, which the front desk did provide upon request. We did eat the breakfast buffet one morning which I found just ok, however my husband really enjoyed it.

The room was fully furnished with linens and towels and proper black-out curtains. The shelf with the electrical outlet near the bed was really helpful. The staff was friendly and spoke English. The property was very easy to locate.

The towels provided were a little too small. It was fine for my stay, but anyone staying more than a night may want a full-sized towel. There is also a lot of echo in the corridors so you can hear other guests if they decide to chat outside.

The apartment was perfect for our needs. Everything we needed was provided. The owner was very attentive to any messages that I sent him.

The only down side was the elevator didn’t work. We specifically chose this apartment because it had an elevator for my handicapped husband. The repair man was there on the day we checked out.

There were some stains on the carpet, nothing too major to care. Would appreciate if there were slippers, nothing fancy just a single use slipper to not walk barefoot.
