Shower was not draining properly, bathroom was extremely small, I was provided with 2 small hand towels instead of a larger bath towel and had to pay extra for a larger bath towel, dining room for included breakfast was outside and quite cold early in the morning.

The towels provided were a little too small. It was fine for my stay, but anyone staying more than a night may want a full-sized towel. There is also a lot of echo in the corridors so you can hear other guests if they decide to chat outside.

The room was fully furnished with linens and towels and proper black-out curtains. The shelf with the electrical outlet near the bed was really helpful. The staff was friendly and spoke English. The property was very easy to locate.

Wouldn't take a lot or a large investment to make the rooms a tiny bit nicer: old sheets, weird pictures on the wall - in style somehow stuck in the early 1990s.

The bed is not really comfy to my taste. Would be great if they offered disposable sleepers. The towel could have been better (it's not really absorbing water that well)

Breakfast was quite nice. The location is very central and super convenient to reach from the train station (two stops by tram) staff is friendly. The price is fair. The heater works perfectly.

Wifi is not good. It is a bit noisy sometimes (often because people in corridor often because outside sound) -- this is not frequent.

Nice breakfast. There is a kitchen woman there that make everyone's day better -- Super friendly and helpful (even if you don't speak deutch she knows what you want and makes herself understandable). Well placed, you can reach popular tourist spots within a 15-minute walk, and it's close to supermarkets and restaurants

I found the no AC in the room a bit uncomfortable because we need to keep the windows open and the noise from outside is a bit much (trucks and church bills early morning and kids playing at night). Also, the first day was hot, but when it is cold outside it is comfortable inside.

My stay was generally good. The room are simple and comfortable. It has a desk and a closet and multiple electricity outlets. The location is good. it is about 15 minutes walk to some of the big attraction. Breakfast was good and had variety of options.

The building was quite tall and not that easy to navigate. Also I don't like being on the 5th floor as I'm scared of heights

There was a bit of mould in the bathroom. The bed and pillow were cheap and not comfortable. The curtains are not blackout.

The stuff at the reception was wonderful. The location is great, walking distance from the city centre. When I was booking (short notice), it was one of the cheapest options (67 euro). Breakfast was better than average in Germany. The room was quiet.

I thought it was fairly expensive for a youth hostel. It was sometimes noisy during the night due to the walls being very thin and I did not sleep all too well. Sometimes the room was a bit hot.

The location was great and I liked the rooms. My room had an extra desk, wardrobe and two chairs. The bathroom was very small but had everything that was needed. It is also good that breakfast was included.

Soap dispenser was full but closed so unusable. Didn't Understand breakfast procedures at first: one room to collect food and take it to any one of a number of others where there were empty places.at a table. Didn't find a coffee machine though no doubt there was one..
