I only had one issue which was the shower regular valve wasn't working properly, it was either cold or too hot, I phoned and told them the issue and they sent a plumber that night but he couldn't repair this, so I was moved next door to a bigger apartment with exactly the same facilities, this is not a complaint, they were very responsive in dealing with this issue and I can not fault the service provided, I would highly recommend and I will be staying here again 5*

Very nice apartment. It looks exactly as on pictures. Cosy and comfortable and well-designed. Easy check-in and check-out.

Didn't like the artificial plants in the apartment. Despite the fact that they perfectly fit into the interior and make it even more colourful and nice, I prefer the real one. However, I totally understand the host and difficulties of taking care of the plants. Thus, do not consider it a huge cons.

Kitchenette was well equipped, plenty of lighting and wall outlets, linens were comfortable. Felt quite homey!

Would be lovely to have darker curtains or black-out curtains on the windows. Natural light is great in the afternoon, but not when the sun is coming up so early!

No WiFi all through the night and into the morning, in spite of message requests. We needed to book train tickets and had no reception at all. Our requests were ignored. The bedside lamp didn't work, poor soundproofing (we heard the woman next door teaching a child and from the bathroom we heard next door's clock chiming), mattress and pillows poor (we realise this is personal), minimal kitchen equipment (no scissors or tea towel, for example), and the heating did not work. Since many of these things are basic requirements (wifi, light, heating, contact with the proprietor) we think part of the price of the apartment should be refunded.

The doors of the bedrooms were slide doors. Couldn't be locked or completely closed. The intimacy between husband and wife couldn’t be sustained.

The apartment has a big rooms.

The apartment was located on 4th floor without elevator! It was a strong smell of sewer in the apartment. When I used a washing machine, all my clothes had a sewer smell after a wash. Couldn't wear it. Had to wash my clothes again in another apartment. The street next to the main entrance to the building was under construction, but it was a lesser evil.
