My recent stay at Apartment 11 was unfortunately far from satisfactory. The first issue arose when we discovered that the apartment was located on the -1 floor, essentially a basement, contrary to the information provided during reservation. This lack of clarity was a significant inconvenience and affected our overall experience. For me finding the location of the building proved to be challenging, as there was no clear indication that it was the “Family Center Apartment." The lack of proper signage on the front door contributed to the difficulty in identifying the correct place. Improved signage or clearer directions would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. The cleanliness standards were below par, and the overall condition of the apartment left much to be desired.

The property is situated in an excellent location, within walking distance to the center of Krakow.

Parking is very expensive and there is not much alternative parking on the street. Access to the building by car is very difficult. The apartment is at -1 floor. so it has very small windows in bedrooms and no windows in living room. To stay overnight is ok. But to spend longer time in this apartment is a little bit depressing with no day light at all.

Location is good - near the river and close to Wawel and Old Town. If you want to go for a run or walk, there is a very nice route along the river.

Minor things such as no hooks in the bathroom for wet towels - they had to be draped over dining chairs. There were no bedside lights, only bright ceiling lights. The apartment is a semi-basement and only has small windows at the top of the bedroom walls, but as we were only in the apartment to wash and sleep, this was not an issue.

Well situated within reasonable walking distance of both the old town and the Jewish quarter. Studio apartment was very clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Felt like a safe area in which to stay. I particularly liked the presence of a manned reception desk.

No washing machine, no iron board and iron. Very little amount of pots and pans for cooking. It would have been nice to have the basics stuff like tea, coffee, sugar to get started before you find the shops. Small details but would make it a 10/10 if they had the above.

Safe and secure. Staff very helpful. Good location. Shops and restaurants near if you didn't want to walk the 15mins to the old town.

There were no cleaning supplies at all and we had specified that 5 people would be in the room so we expected a supply of soap that will last us the duration of our stay.

The TV wasn't tuned in when we arrived and when u try to tune it in its in polish so very hard to understand. Not enough toilet roll for the 4 days we were there and the lock on the door is very stiff so hard to lock and unlock

Couple of minor issues... access to the apartment (faulty door lock), and not enough bedding initially. Both issues sorted out within minutes with the host, and did not impact on our stay there. Would recommend.

Secure building with friendly and helpful reception staff. Spacious and spotlessly clean apartment. Very good location with a nice coffee shop just around the corner. Ten minute walk to the old town from apartment.

The owner takes very long to respond to messages and didn't send check in instructions until 10 minutes before the check in time. The door to the room has 2 locks, one of which gets stuck when opening/closing, requiring a lot of key wiggling and force to get the door open. This made it take between 30 and 60 seconds to open the door - very dangerous in the event of a fire.

Apartment is exactly as seen on the pictures. Air conditioning in both bedrooms. TV comes with Netflix, Prime, Disney+ and Samsung Dex.

Damaged and dirty. - dust everywhere, super dirty rugs with trimmed nails everywhere, hairs on the floor and in general dirt everywhere - damaged - sofa, clogged shower, broken bathroom door handle - no equipment to clean the apartment by ourselves - poor equipment in general

Never stayd in such a dirty place. Everything was dirty and smelly. Starting from carpets, shower curtain, mirrors, walls, floors. Looks really great on a pictures, but in reallity stinks... i needed to clean toilet seat, tables and chairs by myself. Sofa bed is full of stains....

We supposed to check in at 15:00 when we arrived at this time there was still cleaner inside and she didn't want to let us in as she said she haven't finished cleaning and to come back in 30 mins we were very tired and wanted to just check in the apartment but we couldn't even tho we came in at the right time

I liked the apartment and the bedrooms

We had no bedding in one room, not even quilt or blanket and the only pillows we had were large square ones squashed into normal size cases and totally uncomfortable. We only had 2 in the double room and one small single size quilt. My niece had to use the scatter cushions and cover herself in clothing to sleep. I removed the square pillows and replaced them with the scatter cushions and also slept in a large cardi as the bedding wasn't big enough. The apartment is dark, with no natural light and a tad claustrophobic. If I'd have known it was a basement apartment, I would not have booked it.

Very clean and amazing apartment, great value for money! The host was very accommodating. Will definitely be staying again and couldn't recommend this place enough!
