A perfect stay. Check in was a masterclass in how it should be done, kind, helpful and informative after a long day travelling. I didn't catch the gentleman's name. Rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was extensive and delicious, great value. All the staff were excellent - shout-out to Toni in the bar who took great care of us as well as being a brilliant salesman 😁. I would definitely return to this hotel. X

The room was spacious and confortable. Good noise redution to the outside street. All clean and modern. The location, if you want to be near Charlie's Point is good. Calm zone. Near transport. 5 minutes walking to subway line U6. The extra charge for breakfast is recomended. They serve an excelent one so it is good value for money.

It's not something that I disliked but it's something that I consider everyone should know. You need a CREDIT card ( it needs to have credit written on it ) to receive your room. They will put a block/hold on an amount equal to 30 EUR for every night of your stay which will be unblocked/released once you leave. This amount will be used in case you want the optional breakfast or you buy something from the hotel store , you can choose to pay for it on the spot with cash or other cards OR You can charge it to your room bill and when you leave they will release that initially blocked amount minus whatever you charged to your room while you stayed there. This amount is also used in case you damage the hotel room in any way so be careful. I was a bit hesitant at first to bother with a credit card deposit on vacation, not because the hotel is not an honest merchant but simply because banks and credit cards can turn out to be complicated to deal with if something went wrong but luckily for me the staff at the hotel was super welcoming, nice and understanding and the amount was released in 48 hours after leaving. No money actually leaves your credit card/account, the merchant just blocks the amount and if all goes well and you don't spend anything additionally charged to your room they will just choose not to claim the transaction so it is reverted, the funds are once again available in your account balance without them ever leaving your account. Maybe more trust on the part of the hotel ...like not asking for a deposit for pre payed reservations through sites like Booking would be nice.

The hotel is newly renovated and every aspect of the room was modern, in good shape and of nice quality. The bathroom was spacious and the room had a lot of natural light. Everything was super clean and housekeeping would come in daily to clean , make the bed and change towels. WARM LIGHT EVERYWHERE AND STRONG NEW BED MATRESS WITH DECENT PILLOWS, GOOD SUPPORT FOR SLEEPING !!! Excelent location and the staff was top notch. They have a 24/7 small kiosk in the lobby where you could get necessities and it proved crucial as we travelled during 1 May in Germany and basically no stores were open. The prices are actually fair ! The staff was super polite and helpful, they offered us umbrellas when it started raining as we wanted to go out.

Not much to point out as it matched what was advertised. The first day we arrived the elevators smelled quite bad but it might have been the carpets which seemed moist and hence smelling a bit (maybe recently cleaned and not yet dry). The shower head leaked water and the pressure was quite weak which for someone with long hair made it somewhat difficult to wash. Other than those 2 things, the hotel was great.

Great location, just 10 min from the central area of Berlin. We walked a lot and never felt unsafe. Room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was positively surprised to find a Courtyard with this quality. Breakfast was good: plenty of options to choose from (eggs, beans, gold cuts, fruits, cheese, ham, etc). I really appreciated that they also had take away cups in breakfast area and you could grab a coffee/tea to go. The breakfast area got quite busy but the crew made sure everyone had a space. The staff worked tiredlessly during breakfast hours to make sure the area is clean and that tables were emptied from used dishes and made ready for new guests. They were super polite and welcoming. I would especially point out Cristina and Hassan from the breakfast crew who made us feel well looked after and cared. The hotel is lucky to have them as employees. The staff overall was very polite and nice and spoke good English. Katarzyna from reception was super helpful, always with a smile on her face and ready to give pointers. There's also a 24/7 small convenience corner to buy snacks from and a 24/7 gym which we really appreciated. Overall a good hotel for couple of days stayand I would definitely advise to stay there when in Berlin.

Location worked out nicely for us. Close to Ubahn stops and walking distance to many things. The breakfast and service was 10/10!!

Nice, spacious room, super clean and comfortable. Best shower for comfort and water pressure in a very long time. Appreciated the large screen TV and was very happy to have the mini-fridge! Easy to walk from Spittelmarkt subway stop with luggage. Perfectly positioned as a home-base from which to venture forth on daily walks exploring Mitte.

The hotel is within walking distance to many central historical sites, shopping, restaurants, and a grocery. The area/neighbourhood was safe and relatively quiet. The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel staff were attentive, polite, and friendly.
