After being inundated each day by electronic messaging about being welcome, there was little sign of that upon arrival. When I entered the building and spoke German to receptionist, she asked if we could speak English instead. Not a problem for me, but after all, this is a hotel at Frankfurt Airport and one would expect to be able to converse in the local language. Bus broke down shortly before the stop and I walked over to the hotel. This turned out to be a problem next day, as I was not made aware that the shuttle did not drive up to the hotel, as was the case when it was still Mercure. When trying to check out next morning, there was a line-up but no staff. They were getting their breakfast. No coffee/tea machine or electric kettle in room, no toiletries. Room was very warm in spite of AC. Everything is being run on a shoestring budget. Not nearly as good as when owned by Mercure, before. Maybe they will improve when they are fully set up.

Hold onto your invoice! The staff have very poor to non existent record keeping and rotate very frequently. They charge all guests for their rooms on arrival before they give you the key, yet on check out they told me there was no record of me ever paying for my room. I paid cash and kept my invoice which I showed to the receptionist to resolve the problem they caused.

Very disappointed not to be made aware of refurbishment works, it was like walking onto a construction site. A morning delivery blocked the hotel entrance making me late for a meeting.

The airport shuttle is free from the airport to the hotel but costs 4 Euros from the hotel to the airport. I wish the hotel staff would have informed me before I found out from the bus driver.

I liked that the hotel had a bar that was open until 23:00. Barmaid was very friendly.

I traveled with my mom and 2 of my kids, and had booked for 2 rooms however my wife got sick last minute before our trip so she couldn’t make the flight. I reached out to the hotel to see if I could get 1 room refunded since my wife couldn’t make the trip they gave me an email to contact the manager because she wasn’t in, I emailed explaining the situation but never even got an email back let alone a refund. At the very least a response explaining if they could help me due to the situation but nothing. Got charged for both rooms but only got key to one

I didn't like everything about this 16hrs stay for a layover. The airport shuttle bus driver was SO RUDE to everyone and wont speak any english as he said in German we are in "Dutchland" I won't speak English! so we kept on not knowing if this was the right shuttle or not, till we arrived he dropped us away from the hotel and we started walking. The complementary water was Sparkling water and NO STILL WATER except in a vending machine! The room has NO AIR CONDITIONING , if they reply to say it has been fixed its a lie! They didn't have tissues, the pillows were very bad. I wouldn't stay there even if it was an emergency stay.

The bed was comfortable . The room was spacious.
