The choice of food and drink at breakfast was very good. The hotel was located near a train line and near trams and a bus from near the station. We booked a room with a view and had an extremely quiet room with a super view of the New Rathaus.

It's very well located. The view from the room is very nice. One of the staff (the Spanish lady) was reactive when we found dirt under the beds.

The hotel is very well located near the new city hall and 5 minutes walk from Thomaskirche. The old city hall is also around 5 minutes away. Great place for enjoying the city center with many restaurants and bars around, but also very quiet.

The location of this hotel is excellent for those wishing to explore the historic town centre of this distinguished city. We throughly enjoyed the breakfasts which were as good as one could wish for.

The shower cabin was a bit too small but overall good. The hotel has no parking and therefore you must park in an underground garage with an elevator taking you all the way up to your floor, but it was a bit pricey.

Some vegan option were presented at the breakfast buffet. All areas were exceptionally clean. The view from the window was very nice. The room was very spacious.

Breakfast is too expensive and it was changed despite I booked the room without it. It also would have been nice to have a room with the city hall view instead the escalators from the back side.

It was a bit hard to find, Google doesn't quite know where the entrance is. The best I can explain it is, it's connected to the mall but the entrance is outside the mall, so don't wander around the mall looking for it.

The hotel was in a great location, close to all the Christmas markets, yet insulated well from the sound. We slept very well. The room was also surprisingly spacious for Europe, and modern and clean.

There was no soap in the bathroom other than liquid in a bottle fixed to the wall at chest height, fine for showering but no good for bathing. The shower basin overflowed as the rubber seal at the bottom of the door was missing. We reported this to the reception three times but it was never fixed. Not a big problem, we just wedged a towel under the door and used another towel to mop up afterwards, but other guests may not be so accepting! A pity as everything else was brilliant.

Great comfort in excellent central location, room with interesting view onto indoor mall. Large windows that could be opened properly, and free drink if guest agreed to forgo room cleaning!

The parking garage is a public one and quite expensive.

the location is very good, just next to the city center. you can find all historical viewpoint by foot. The room is very large, clean and comfortable. We stayed with a baby and got a crib after requesting online.

breakfast was too expensive so we did not book. location was excellent and the rooms were very spacious! it was a bit confusing re. what we would be charged for in the minibar (we at the pringles because we thought they were complimentary...)
