Great location close to Atocha Rail, and shopping areas. Residential area and lovely and quiet. The studio apartment was perfect for a couple.

The rugs were a bit rough on the feet after a long day of walking the city.

The big bed was very comfortable. Easy access to room. Bob made the apartment welcoming with snacks, coffee, small local gifts. They were also easy to reach with any questions.

It isn’t the closest to the city centre so if you’re visiting to see the main tourist locations expect a 30min walk. However public transport is easily accessible and cheap.

Everything was clean and spotless. Like we were the first people to ever stay in there! Lidl in very close proximity.

Despite there not being any actual staff interaction, the service still managed to feel personal and attentive. There were thoughtful things provided for our use; water bottles, yoga mats, instax camera.

Great concept, super easy check-in, the room was clean and the views were beautiful. Above all I loved the polaroid camera and film that was provided for us to use during our stay. There was also a gift of coffee and these tube waffle treats. And there was an Atari game set for us to use!

This is very minor - we needed to know which trash/recycling to put in which trash can. Also instruction on how to use the sofa bed (pull out) would have saved us time! The microwave/oven was hard to use and the QR code was not for the right appliance.

This property was very clean. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. The second bedroom and bathroom was down a long hallway so it was quite private. The apartment was wonderful for exploring Madrid. It was convenient to the metro (a couple of blocks) and there is a very nice market across the street. We liked it so well that we stayed again at the end of our long trip. They were able to be flexible with us and let us stay another 2 nights when my daughter was sick. Being able to stay longer was so helpful and we appreciated it so much. Being able to control the thermostat was appreciated. I would stay with them again when I visit Madrid.

I liked the layout, cleanliness, and comfort of the place including the beds and pillows. I also loved the fact that he provided various things around the house that his guests may need. Bob runs his business with extreme professionalism.

Location was unbelievably good for the Reina Sofia. city enter and best of all the market across the road and excellent supermarket. We got supplies from across the road. Great restaurants nearby, etc.

I liked a lot that it was clean, a lot of details that you can't find in other locations such: cotton pads, shopping bag, charger. It's near the Atocha station, and also not too far from the city center. Definetly will recommend it to my friends.

The soundproofing wasn’t great.

The location was ideal. Close to train and bus stations as well as supermarkets and museums. Bed was very comfortable.

Superb, spacious accommodation; absolutely quiet in the apartment. Aircon is life-saving in summer. Bedrooms well separated from each other; excellent showers. Carefully equipped with absolutely every convenience. Kitchen has everything needed, of highest quality. Laundry clean and detergent supplied. There was nothing that could be improved on.

A bigger table/working area would have been useful but not a problem. I think some apartments have some outdoor space/balcony so if it is something you looking for, check the description.

Easy to find/access and host easily contactable via WhatsApp for any questions. Very clean and nicely decorated; felt very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well and not too noisy. Comfortable mattress; Rainfall shower; Well equipped kitchen including washing machine. Access to local gym included.

My only criticism is the size of the shower - like the basin, it is a little undersized.

This apartment was prettt impressive and well located with a supermarket opposite and the tourist sights within walking distance. The bed was comfy and the pillows were unusually comfortable. I REALLY appreciated the double glazed windows and perfectly hung block out curtains as I'd travelled long haul and needed the rest. The keyless entry was a bit baffling to work out after a 27 hour journey but the staff were immediately on hand via WhatsApp to help resolve the issue and kept checking in that I was enjoying my stay. The cleanliness and amenities were of a high standard - just don't put a dinner plate in the basin because they are almost the same size and you might not get it out again! The complimentary totebag was a great idea and reflected Bob W Arte's commitment to sustainabilty. Can't wait to return!

Getting entry is complicated. I was tired and an agent (you never meet or see anyone) sent me a link by WhatsAp, that did not work. The agent then suggested I open the link up with my computer. I told them my computer doesn't have internet connection, and I wasn't going running around to hunt for free WiFi. Then they suggested I try another browser on my iPhone. After international travel my iPhone charge down to 8% so told them I needed access swiftly and I didn't have enough power to trouble shoot the issue. With that they WhatsAp's the code to the main door and the room right away. Not sure why they couldn't do that from the beginning. Once in the door place was fine but access is a struggle.

Great central location. Loads of nice restaurants very near by. Very convenient to the centre of Madrid. Comfortable quiet room with a very nice mattress. The room had a fridge and microwave which was very handy.
