We got the apartment 1. The location is really nice because the beach is 5mins away walking distance. Restaurants and Shopping center are also near. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Ready to answer all questions and inquiry. Highly recommend for families!

Building 2 is pretty dated and the room we had didn't get much sun. Building one is much nicer and we moved there after a bit.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location next to a lot of restaurants and the beach. The bike garage is great for cyclists. The one bedroom apartment is really nice for two people.

It was quite noisy early in the morning (we’re not early risers & like to go to bed late when on holiday!). The screeching of the beds being dragged across the floor above woke us up multiple times. There was also some building work going on, so all in all, we didn’t get a great nights sleep across the 5 nights. The two single beds pushed together would also separate in the middle of the night. The living room could of done with a lamp, the overhead lamps were very bright. We were also double charged, not a lot. There were two trips to reception to try sort it. The shower gel pump also popped off the wall & the wall fix broke.

It’s a great location with excellent value for money. Bang in the heart of Muro. Easy access to the beach, wide variety of restaurants and Alcúdia market is a bus ride away. The curtains were strong enough to keep the afternoon sun out, so the room was a pleasant temperature. The kitchenette was also well equipped!

there seemed to be a bad smell coming from the sewer system which was not nice and but a damper on my rating of the hotel. optherwise everything was perfect and find not other faults especially for the value that the hotle charge.

wifi not really suitable for work, wc brush was so dirty that i understand that they didnt want to clean it there were just lighweight beds. comfortable, but very easy to move.

Although it was too cold to use the pool they didn’t look very clean. The primary one had quite a bit of debris. Booking.com advertise parking, there is technically space in the driveway for 3 cars but other than that it is strictly on the road. It wasn’t a big issue just something I felt misleading. Something to mention. The apartments are split between buildings. If you end up in the second building (knows as Lago Park II) like us you will have to walk a little way each time you need reception, the bar, restaurant etc as they are all in the main building. We got a very good price because the time of year and therefore felt we got good value. But I think the room is quite basic for the full price charged in the summer. Cooking utensils, cutlery, coffee machine, outdoor furniture had all seen better days. No laps or anything in the living room, so either bright overhead lights or darkness in the evening.

Hotel was easy to find. Staff were always available when needed and happy to help. Any issues were resolved relatively quickly. The room looked and smelled clean. The bed was comfy too and we slept great each night. The bathroom feels like it’s been refurbished most recently and is nice, clean and has a good shower.

It’s the little things that were missing. TV didn’t work properly. No working soap in the shower. No dishwasher soap or cloth. No wine glasses. Motel style design - could have been slightly better, even for such cheap price

The price was good - wifi worked on and off. Better during lunch time & early evening so if you’re planning on working here, take that into account. Overall a convenient place, nothing special though. It was clean. Service at front desk was lovely. Parking is available on the street.

- 3x we got stuck in a lift - every day 1 hour no electricity+ no water - damaged bad /got repaired when reported/ - first day checkin was at 16.30 - we had to wait till room was cleaned....

The location is next to the main road, busy and noisy road. Unfortunately, the beds and pillows are not comfortable. Corridors are very noise. You can hear everything that is going on out of your room ( isolation is very bad). In the bathroom every single day, we could hear a water dropping from the upstairs room. Also, we had ants(not lots). We expected playground for the kids, but it's small, and the swings only for kids who know how to swing, so for the little ones it's no good. There is nothing like on the pictures which we saw when we booked a hotel. But for this price, can you expect more?

For the sleep, it is alright(even if the beds weren't comfortable)we didn't stay in a room all day. The plus for this hotel is that the sea is within 5 min walk, lots of shops and amazing restaurants, also if you walk like for 10min you can find supermarket where you can buy local food. The hotel itself was clean, the staff is friendly and very helpful.

A very good apart Hotel with nice staff and great location. Everything was perfect. Our request to change the room has been duly granted and my husband received a very pleasant surprise on his birthday. Mini disco is a great bonus for the kids) we really enjoyed. Highly recommended!

The rooms are equipped with a kitchen unfortunately the basics like a towel or a sponge and soap are not provided. We used the kitchen quite alot but the property didn’t seem to like this. Like for example room service was available, but we went out and left the dishes in the kitchen to wash ourselves that evening we got following note. “Tidy up your apartment” wich I find verry unprofessional for a clean room except unwashed dishes. The sheets at our arrivel were old and unclean. We slept in verry thin sheets all the vacation because nothing else was provided. Overall we are lucky we went in a low season otherwise it is a waste of money. With verry unfriendly and unprofessional service.

The property is in the heart of Alcudia with a verry good location. The location is also verry quiet and ideal for a relaxing vacation.

The apartment is very poorly soundproofed, and in the evening - unfortunately, until late at night, we heard noise from outside, as well as from the guests above us, which was very unpleasant. Both the cupboards and the couch smell unpleasantly musty. The kettle tripped the circuit breaker in the whole apartment when we tried to plug it in, so it was unusable, but we boiled water in a pot on the stove.

The location is great, very close to the beach and various restaurants and shops, as well as the bus station. The apartment is big enough for up to four people. The nerby beach Playa de Muro is fantastic! The white sand and very gradual entry to the sea is perfect for families with small kids. Water in sea is crystal clear, so beautiful! Cleaning is done every day except the Wednesday and Sunday. The aparthotel offers the breakfast and dinner, also as a half-board version with better price. We tried it once, the breakfast was good, but the dinner could have more side dishes available as well as more meat options.

Air Condition did not work. The noise of ventilation and kitchen noise from the nearby hotel was annoying. Also the view from the balcony was not impressive to say the least.
