A perfect place for a quiet stay in Rome. Would definitely stay here again. Raffaella was very welcoming and helpful, including tips on how best to get to/ from the airport, where to eat etc. The bathroom shared with the two other rooms was kept spotlessly clean.

A very spacey apartment shared with 1 other guest. The bathroom and kitchen was shared and it was cleaned by the hostess everyday, as well as the rooms. Breakfast included, snacks available all day around. The hostess was a very kind lady, very accommodating and really tried to help when you asked for it. I’m a solo female traveler and was a little nervous for my stay but she made me feel very safe and cared for. I would recommend this booking for anyone visiting Rome.

The host is very accommodating. Raffaella made sure that you have a great stay in Rome. She is very helpful in everything that you will ask and need. It feels like you are at home at her place. The place is very clean too. She clean the room everyday. The place is just a short walk to Vatican. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely stay to her place when I come back in Rome.

Raffaella is an exceptional host. She is friendly and so welcoming and makes the best coffee. Immediately upon booking I received an email advising transport methods from airport to her location . Her apartment is wonderful and scrupulously clean. Is is perfectly located within short walking distance of high end clothing stores, Vatican City/tourist sites and fabulous restaurants. I would never normally book a place with a shared bathroom but went on reviews which are accurate. The bathroom is spotless and on occasion it could be busy (did not happen during my stay), Raffaella kindly let’s guests use her own bathroom. So don’t let a shared bathroom put you off. It was a great experience and exceptional value. I will be booking to stay when I next visit Rome. Highly recommend.

Raffaella is a wonderful host/owner, very attentive to guests' needs and a very intelligent person to talk to. She runs a spotless place boasting spatious rooms and a lovely deco. The property is a few blocks away from the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo, in a charming neighborhood with convenient stores, markets and restaurants nearby. An airport shuttle bus (SIT) stop and a metro station (Ottaviano) are at a stone's throw.

Perfect location - so close to the Vatican (10 mins walk) and an enjoyable walk to all the main attractions including the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Spanish Steps, Trastevere etc We walked everywhere. It was easy to reach by train and bus from the airport. Rafaela is the perfect host. This property is like home from home. She made us feel so welcome. She was accommodating (we arrived early and the room was ready) The shared bathrooms are really big and out room was huge! For a huge and noisy city this area is surprisingly quiet. So tastefully decorated too. Continental breakfast included in the price with the best coffee we had in Rome. Thank you for opening your home to guests Rafaela. It was a pleasure to stay in your B&B.

The location is perfect to start the exploration of the city by foot, and it is so quiet at night! It was a nice stay in Boezio 43 B&B. Nice location, so close to Vatican and central Rome! The hostess, Raffaella was super friendly and helpful! The place was so clean and cozy! I would definitely recommend it to everyone. I was my first solo trip and I felt so safe and I knew I could go to her if something was wrong.

Nothing. Everything was absolutely perfect. Couldn't have asked for a more comfortable stay, and a more exceptionally lovely host.

The breakfasts provided by Rafaella each morning were exceptional, and there was always a large variety of choices to choose from. The bedroom size and decoration was so homey and warm to be in and beautifully clean. An amazing coffee was made for me each morning with so many items of food available, it truly felt like you were being cared and looked after each morning. Rafaella had so many amazing stories and her conversation was so nice, it really didn't feel like a bnb, it felt like being at home. I couldn't recommend a more welcoming and comfortable environment to stay in, my only regret was that I couldn't move in.

The place is kept very well, clean, and Rafaella is a very good host! The location is excellent, can walk anywhere in Rome pretty easily. The shared bathroom is not a problem at all...the place is calm and quiet.
