Unfortunately there were a couple of occasions where there wasn't a proper vegetarian meal.

The Staff were helpful and friendly. The buffet had a good choice of food. The whole Hotel was clean. The Hotel was a 5 minute walk to the Beach.

The room was quite clean, but lots of dust near the corners, in the bathroom under the sink. Small towels were not changed as it was asked. Really bad smell in the bathroom, especially after night or being all day away. The removable fragment from the celing (four-square ine) fell down many times (good that not on the head :) ) The price for the quality is more than enough now, but during the hot season its a little bit crazy for what you get.

Rooms are Tidy but not THAT clean (shower). Suites are nice but don't call an small Sofa a bed, even a cat wouldn't enjoy a goodnight sleep on this.

2nd time we're staying in. Paladium is still great value for money, the desk is very friendly and keen to assist you make the best out of you stay. Cala Llonga is a quiet, family area even early season during IMS

If you are older it is a steep hill up to the hotel so some may struggle. Check in was a bit slow

The decor of the rooms is quite dated, they could have done with updating. The fitness suite wasn’t open (we went quite early in the opening season).

The hotel is located right next to the beach, the views are amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were lovely walks to be done around the property, with beautiful views. The buffet food was tasty and plentiful, we were there for 4 nights and didn’t eat the same meal twice.

It would’ve been nice to of been offered drinks whilst sunbathing especially when down a few layers of steps, just having that extra touch goes a long way when you work real hard all year.

Private, quiet, right next to the sea. Even though the hotel was full it didn’t seem over busy, there was plenty of Sunbed’s available. The hotel did seem a little dated but wouldn’t stop me from rebooking again, as the location is absolutely perfect

I would have liked more traditionally Spanish food selections at dinner time. They had some really lovely vegetables some nights but then others basic mixed veg I’d have in the freezer

The gym had no weights and was very limited. Could of had the saxophone playing more frequently and for longer than 45 minutes.

Fantastic Location, the pool and surrounding decking areas are large and right in the cove with access to the sea. Food was fine and the staff where helpful with my Nut allergy.

Hotel looking a little tired and the outdoor Spa was not working , not acceptable as we came hight of the season , this should of been fixed at the start of the summer season or earlier . Very disappointing .

Hairdryer in my room was broken. Asked 2 times, but it was not replaced (reception told me they would but nothing happened). Fridge in the room was almost room temperature, could not keep anything cool there.

Beautiful, peaceful location. Could swim in the pool or crystal clear sea. Nice walks and scenery on the surrounding area. Access to ferry just across the bay. Excellent breakfast and dinner in the hotel buffet restaurant. All very clean and tidy. This was my second time there and I can highly recommend this hotel.

Although the restaurant offers a good selection of food, I’m afraid to say the hot food isn’t kept hot, at best it’s like warm and I’m afraid for us therefore inedible. When we mentioned it to reception we were told that they serve 500 meals a day and no complaints so apparently we’re the only ones who like our cooked meals hot? This is our 4th time at the hotel back in 2018/19 the food was fantastic and kept at a good temperature so sorry something has changed.

The location is perfect, Cala Llonga is a small town in a small bay, very relaxing fantastic beach, lots of bars and restaurants. Chilled out area. The bar staff are hard working and friendly making you feel well looked after and at home. Although it’s beginning to look a bit dated all areas are kept clean and tidy and still has a feel of luxury, mainly due to its location

The position in relation to the sea is excellent . However , access to the sea was tricky . Perhaps a floating pontoon or better steps down to the sea would be a massive improvement.

Good range of food and plentiful . Drink options were limited . Maybe a few more beers or an option to have some cocktails without having to pay more .
