The beds had wheels on which was not ideal as I move a lot in bed (tossing & turning) and the bed moved with me which was not great. Though the mattress was a decent standard so its not bad. With the hotel having such a good location along the Cala Llonga bay, it was a real shame not to find more accessible sea entry from the hotel. There are some very old concrete steps but they are woefully insufficient and getting in and out of the sea from there is borderline dangerous. This is a real shame as it is such a brilliant opportunity missed for the hotel to have a really strong feature with just some minor works to have a ramp, rail and/or pool like steps. Even a very small pier would work well.

Staff were excellent. Big shout out to the catering team who stood out for effort and service! The food was a very good standard for buffet all inclusive. The tiers of sunbeds was a great touch. Lots of room and sunbeds for people who don't like to be surrounded all the time. The pool bar and facilities were excellent, though they should stay open at least another hour. 6pm is a quite an early finish considering there are people still sunbathing and playing pool, darts etc.

The beds are literally rock hard. You sit down on one and it's like your spine shatters. Never known a bed so hard and I don't rememeber it being like that when I last stayed. I slept OK but my friend, who is pregnant, really struggled a lot. She asked for extra pillows on the way up to the room and they said they'd bring them up but didn't so she had a really uncomfortable nights sleep before going down the next morning to ask again

I have stayed at the hotel before and it was still absolutely beautiful. We had a sea view which was amazing and the food choice was great - always plenty to choose from. Bar staff really friendly

the hotel had absolutely everything you could need, the entertainment was great and Nacho made sure to personally invite guests to join in, it was good to be so looked after. The pool was the absolute highlight!! Very happy with the breakfast & dinner services and was easy for me to find vegan friendly options.

on the photos there was hot tubs and there was only one which wasn’t warm, shame as the pool was cold too. the food was average, we only ate dinner once mainly went out. our aircon in the room broke a few days into the trip was disappointing , we forgot to mention it on leaving.

excellent customer service. very friendly staff easy check in and check out. parking was fairly good, was busy and sometimes slightly challenging to get a spot. was our anniversary and we had a special something delivered to the room. thank you very much for that. excellent location and great beach and pool area lovely restaurants within walking distance
