Maybe it is just our room but there was not enough sunlight and the sound isolation in the hotel is not great (you can gear almost everything from the hall, other rooms...).

The location is great and the hotel is modern and clean.

Room was OK we wouldn't use the economy room again as a bit small and no outside view as the window only opens a couple of inches.

A little difficult to find as there is minimal signage and the entrance is sandwiched between retailers. It is also further complicated by the fact that the building is shared by two hotels. Which is a bit strange.

Great location and convenient, discounted public parking nearby. Also we had a nice balcony overlooking the Rambla.

Cleanness could be improved. Can't say it was dirty. There was a lipstick mark on the pillowcase and windows was little dirty. That was all.

The first room was horribly dirty everywhere, the toilet was disgusting and the water was flooding from the shower and the sink. Generally everywhere was dusty and the bed was full of hair.

The location is great, right in the center of Alicante! The staff changed our room to a better one after the cleaning problems with the first one.

Contactless. Access to the room via an app, where you have to register. No service or normal hotel amenities. If all you want is the room and you are comfortable using an app to unlock the room then it is no problem. We were sceptical at first. But it worked out OK. Quite expensive.

Very modern facilities in the room. Location is good for city centre, old town, castle, and beach. The room overlooked "La Rambla" - a main street. We were there Easter Thursday and had a grandstand view of the Easter procession.

Reception less aparthotel. We were sent a key code. There happened to be someone on reception when we arrived (thankfully) because when we used the key code, we walked into a room with 2 girls already in situ. Thankfully there was someone in reception so it was sorted but we could have been left with nowhere to stay.

Very central location, perfect for the 3 Kings parade, restaurants + bars. Room was basic but had everything needed for a one night stay - 2 comfy beds, private bathroom, small wardrobe space, all singing/all dancing kettle (but no coffee or anything + no warning that there wouldn't be).

Poor internet in the evening, lack of maintenance (bed in 501 had unscrewed legs, the offered smart toilet had issues, toilet doors are not closing, 500 the fridge was off), mosquitoes.

not all rooms are renovated and have Japanese WC. In room 210 was bath instead of shower, but drain plug was missing. I asked cleaning lady to bring it, she promised to check it, but I did not receive plug till my check out.

Very dingy room lack of natural light…we had too 206 small but clean BIG problem due to room shape small window around corner from where bed situated so no natural light …. Avoid this room. Also hotel needs its name on the outside to give people a clue!!! Other reviews say kettle in room but NOT

Access was a little slow, but that was most likely due to me booking on route form the airport!! There is an App for accessing the room, but otherwise the contactless access was fine.

Perfect location. Easy to use the contactless. Great communication from the hotel via messages. Even booked a taxi for us to pick us up early in the morning
