One thing I can comment is that the bed linen was a bit smelly on the first day for some reason. :(

We really enjoyed our stay at B&B Hotel. The room was clean and hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't face any difficulties during our stay. The location is also good, the nearest metro station is max 10 mins walk. Good value for the money.

Breakfast not included in price had to pay and additional 40 euro. Bathroom and lifts weren’t clean.

Very nice room and central location had both tram and train lines within a 5 minute walk of the hotel. The room also came with its own free safe and free Wi-Fi.

Only issue I had was the AC did not work and would only blew hot air. Figured out how to turn off the hot air after an evening there.

If there were an electric kettle, tea bags, and a few water bottles, I would be happier.

It was a good location for going to local restaurants nearby and the city centre. All staff were gentle and friendly. They replaced towels every day.

It's located near both a hospital and a fire station so sirens sound often. Even later at night. But it is soundproof enough when the windows are closed but it may still bother some.

Comfortable and affordable and if you're using the tourist card with public transport included it's close to a metro station and only a few stops from the central area.

The place is built right near to the hospital, so early at the morning there is quite a lot of noise from the ambulances.

Neighborhood is sketchy, noisy, and uninspiring, though that's obviously not the hotel's fault.

There is a hospital and a fire station opposite the hotel, so it can be noisy.

It is about a 40min walk to the port - which means either taxis or metro at night coming home if that is where you are going out. Only a few options for coffee / to eat in the close vicinity. Busy as across the road from hospital, but did not hear any sirens at all in the room

It felt relatively safe even tho the neighbourhood was maybe not the best. The staff was friendly and funny, the rooms clean and spacious. We had a small balcony overlooking the city which we really appreciated. It was quiet in the b&b in general but outdoors was a bit noisy since as mentioned it is not the best neighbourhood in Marseille. But we probably would stay there again since the staff really made the stay easy and it is one of the budget options.

Limited availability of food choices. I am a vegetarian and did not find any hot items that I could eat in breakfast - not even hash browns. No kitchen/utensils available to heat own food were available. No regular lunch/dinner facilities though staff were willing to prepare some food items on request (limited veg options)

The hotel is located within 500 metres of metro station and is connected to the rest of the city by bus/metro/cab with easy access. A couple of good eateries around and the La Timone hospital is just across the street. The staff is extremely helpful and cheerful.. they answered each query and helped in every manner possible

The only thing it wasnt comfortable was the bathroom. For some reason they gave us a room for people with disability issues so the bathroom was wheelchair-accesible There was no bath tub or shower..all the water was spreaded on the floor

The design of the shower is questionable (the bathroom gets flooded). As a result there is mould on the wall.
