Wet floor from leaky shower which we reported twice. Very small room. Requested room to be serviced each day but only happened once.

Not enough milk for drinks. Asked and given just 4 mini cartons, not enough to whiten the coffee. Breakfast option too expensive, cheaper to walk to nearby coffee shops for coffee and croissants etc.

Great location right next to the station and bus station. Short walk to the old town and lake. Staff very friendly and room comfortable.

Some street noise - Friday night lots of people on their way home after a night out fine one we shut the windows Very small lift 2 people max, if you’re claustrophobic be prepared to use the stairs!

Fab family rooms on top floor with separate sleeping spaces for the kids Really easy for one night stop over, central location lovely bakery across the road Didn’t use restaurant, recommended car park had a height limit which didn’t work for our roof box but we found one 10min walk away

In between heating and cooling systems usage seasons. . The room had no air movement without the window being open. The windows had no screens, so mosquitoes were an issue. Lobby seemed like we were in a hostel vs. a hotel. Very small and inadequate for the number of rooms. The room size was OK, but they could have used more insulation between the rooms, especially the bathrooms . Breakfast rooms were very small for the number of rooms. We were there for 3 days and had to adjust our time to be able to have a place to eat daily.

The location was decent. A very comfortable walk to the canals and the lake. Payed parking was close and convenient. Beds were comfortable, and front desk staff was generally very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the terrace was nice.

The hotel room (15m2) is super small, especially if you choose the couple's bed, you barely can walk around the bed. If you are carrying a big suitcase, you will find difficulties to open it in the room. If you are traveling alone, it may work

The Hotel is located in the heart of Annecy, walking distance from the old town, soundrounded by restaurants and stores. The main train station is also in a walk distance from the hotel.

The guy at reception when we arrived had our rooms ready early and next to each other. We didn't have breakfast there. The hotel was across from the central railway station with access to car rental companies.

It would be nice to have a hotel safe to keep personal belongings in one place. Also be nice to have some bottled water in the room.

The hotel was in a great central location, easy access to all the tourist attractions. The room was of adequate size and very comfortable. The staff were really friendly and willing to help with recommendations. Breakfast had a reasonable continental selection.

One morning we arrived at Breakfast at about 09.00hrs and it was chaos. No room to sit and eat properly, everyone sitting on top of one another. Not enough staff and replacement food too long in coming out of the kitchen, so did not get a pproper of hot breakfast. Pillows on bed could be more comfortable.

The room was comfortable and maids were always happy to provide us with extra towels or tea and coffee if required. Location is fantastic for the train and coach station and only 5 minute walk into the heart of Annecy. Breakfast was nice ***

The room is a bit small and the desk is small, not quite enough to put stuffs on it.

The location is great, close to the train station and the vieille ville. The room is clean. The hotel supplies hot chocolate and easy peelers in reception, it is very nice.

The water pressure in the shower was horrible. Good luck to wash your hair if you have long hair... you could be at the shower for hours

The location is great, right next to the train station. The room was clean and it looks like the hotel has been refurbished not that long ago. The hotel is just a 10 min walk from the main streets of the old town and the lake. Staff was very friendly and helpful
