We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Arab EmiratesI believe the images on booking don’t show the exact rooms. There are several types and categories at the property, and while selecting it was hard which to choose because the more expensive ones seemed to be the same as the cheaper ones. Which made no sense. But in truth the difference in room quality and view is massive. And so I would recommend more clarity on how rooms are displayed so people can make better informed decisions.
Peaceful. Elegant. Artistic. It’s easy to feel you are escaping reality for a while by simply being in this hotel. The staff took good care of us whenever we needed anything. The location is great. The shore is perfect. The food is good.

United StatesThe hot water was really really below my expectations for a hotel of this cost or actually any cost. Additionally, there were a lot of pipe flies and mosquitoes that were entering our room (I believe from the bathroom exhaust line, but I’m not sure).
The service on the beach was friendly, accommodating, and attentive. The location was ideal for sitting and relaxing by the beach. Not terrible hotel placement for you to walk to Cap either.

United KingdomThe room was underwhelming for the price. The room itself was dark, with no task lighting in the bedroom area, so packing and unpacking suitcases was done in poor light. Also there was no full length mirror in the bedroom which surprised me. We were given one bottle of water in the room which was lovely, but this wasn't replaced for our second night. It would have been a nice touch to do this when the room was $500+ per night! When we had our excellent dinner in Les Pecheurs, my husband and I were the first to be seated and we felt the service through the amuses-bouches, champagne, starter was rushed. However, we asked for a break after the main course and all was good. These are small points and I'm being picky because it's an expensive hotel, but really we had the most wonderful and memorable stay.
The service at the hotel was superb - all the staff were great and extremely helpful and attentive. I chose the hotel for its location which was just perfect. The cake left in the room was delicious. The food in Les Pecheurs was absolutely lovely - a real meal to remember. Overall, I thought the hotel was fabulous and a real treat. We were so lucky with the weather too - a big bonus!

BulgariaI’m traveling to the French Riviera since i was a child and i never seen such a terrible hotel i don’t know how it has been given 5 stars cause the value it’s 3 stars maximum. it’s really bad maintained and managed hotel with a low level service. We had issues from beginning till the end we cut our trip and leave the hotel earlier cause it was impossible to stay there. Apart from everything else they also let people from outside to use the beach aria of the hotel so it looks like a public beach really messy and trashy . Eventually after we go we found out that there a lot of people who are complaining about this property it’s a shame we didn’t ask around before booking there .

SpainIn 30 years I have never experienced such humiliating arrogance. Assuming that we paid EUR 874 p night and they advertise with the Relais & Châteaux label, we were extremely disappointed. On arrival we only had the Spanish vaccination certificate with Pfizer. According to the last requirements that was not enough. The lady at the reception sends us on foot with a military command about 30 minutes to the nearest pharmacy where we did the anti-gene test. Not a kind word or helpfulness. After 2 hours of walking and waiting for the test, we were allowed to do the check-in. When we were at the house's own beach we couldn't believe what we saw. A small bar with hardly any space. Sun loungers placed shoulder to shoulder as close together as on an airplane. No space for house guests but outside customers were allowed in with a reservation. That was unworthy of people, especially with 5 stars. At the breakfast buffet there was no freshly squeezed orange juice only cheap out of the box. The menu was only in French, which we barely understand. We had to ask for each dish separately and I ordered normal ones ham. This ham was charged to me with an extra 20 € without any notice. I wanted to complain about this when I checked out, but the refusal was again humiliating. The award Relais & Châteaux should be removed immediately.

GermanyWe had a perfect holiday at the Cap d’Antibes Beach Hotel experiencing hospitality at its best in a piece of paradise. Each staff member radiates positivity, has a unique service culture as well as the willingness to go the extra mile continously for their guests. This philosophy is felt in the interaction with general management, front office, bar/restaurant, beach/pool services, technical services to housekeeping and forms the character of the hotel. Another key differentiating factor is the extraordinary cuisine, both in the beach or the Michelin star restaurant with consistent top class quality.
