Difficult for parking,and not easy to find .

The only niggly thing was the pre-authorisation on my credit card for deposit and deduction of first night stay. These amounts appeared in my account and my bank became very suspicious, warning me to be careful. I have never come across this problem before on my many stays at various hotels around the world. Very odd!

Good location not far from many places of interest. Plenty of great food outlets nearby.

The cost of a deposit after we paying the full amount for 2 rooms in full before we even arrived on 1st may and then the payment held on card and using funds why so expensive 300 euros seriously. And then to add insult another hotel tax for 19.50 on leaving hotel. Not on to be honest.

booked 6 rooms only one room with normal Hot water, others either cold or barely tolerable to take a shower, but nothing to do with comfortable. Sheet not clean.

If there is anything I HAVE TO put here, the aircon in the gym was not the strongest. But that is irrelevant to the future return choice.

Spacious rooms, good breakfast selection, conveniently located for our business needs. Staff was polite and attentative.

The stuff working on the reception was rude, they barely speak English and we’re not able to answer my questions about the deposit, they just wanted my money without giving me any conditions regarding the deposit return.

The room was spacious and clean. We had a room with the sea view (it is worth paying a little bit more) and we like it a lot! The bed is quite big and comfortable, the bathroom is clean and bright.

I did not like the view. I thought I was geeting a sea view.

Breakfast was excellent, with a lot of options to choose from. The suite was roomy enough and very clean.

Gym is fairly small and pool isn't amazing, but both more than adequate in a hotel this size. Nice place.

Sea view can be deceptive - if you are on a lower floor (1-3) facing the sea the highway is at eye level. To be fair, they did change my room on the second day after we complained. Breakfast was average. Parking is in a third party garage at discounted rates - but still 15-18Eur/day

The hotel is in an excellent location a block or two from major shopping, sites, restaurants and entertainment. It also faces the port. It does have a nice pool area (indoor) and a small but modern gym.

Euormed is a 20 to 30 min walk to old port not a big deal but not quite there

Up market hotel. Enjoyed the pool and outdoor relaxation area.

No hot water in taps or shower on first night and following day. Another small thing but not a deal breaker. No proper coffee and tea cups in the room but paper cups thar kept leaking also not enough milk and only green tea.

Good breakfast, location close to train bus, tram, scooters and bikes, comfortable bed, nice view and good restaurants around.

Considering the price of a room, it was disappointing to have only paper cups in the room rather than china cups. The chair and stool were too low for the desk. Breakfast is horribly expensive, especially if you only eat a continental breakfast as we do. As a result we didn't have our breakfast at the hotel, but had our own in our room. There didn't seem to be an option to request for towels not to be changed every day. Not good for the planet.

The hotel is very well placed for us when we go to Marseille to visit the archives, so we shall continue to use it despite some negative comments to follow. The room was very spacious. Soundproofing seemed to be good. The bed was huge, which we appreciated.

Slightly further out than it sells from the middle of Marseille, but a beautiful walk into town and bars and restaurants are plentiful in the local area. Slightly expensive for what a normal room would give you, but not surprising as in the city and during the RWC prices have gone up.

Nothing everything was fine.

The pool is really nice and the gym, very tiny, but with nice equipment. Rooms are spacious and view is nice. Good breakfast

The bar shuts very early. We had a delayed flight so would have liked to have a drink once we arrived.

It was clean, rooms were excellent and the location for our business trip was good. I think the location would be really good for a leisure sightseeing trip too. Really good choice of food at breakfast. I didn’t see or use the swimming pool so can’t comment on it.
