We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandThere is no parking at the hotel, so you have to pay extra for parking at the Hôtel de Ville (not far). The price per night for a pet is also high, so all of this adds up.
Very nice hotel with excellent rooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast was super delicious! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

FranceThe pillows were quite foamy but I guess hypo allergenic and mite resistant. The main issue was the lack of soundproofing - no noisy guests but when our neighbours moved around, the floorboards sent a message!
Staff very helpful, especially the cleaning lady who found my glasses before we left! There was nice view from the window of the roofs across Chambery, and we liked the bathroom which was pretty spacious and had an excellent shower.

United KingdomWe stayed at Hotel des Princes en route to the Alps from England. We arrived late in hideous weather and couldn't find the entrance to the car park. I phoned the hotel and the receptionist was extremely helpful, she even phoned after a while to check we were ok. Everyone in the hotel was friendly and went out of their way to help you. The warm welcome made the journey worthwhile. The hotel is decorated beautifully and is really welcoming. We had a family room which is perfect as the children had a separate space within the room which makes it easier for everyone to sleep. Our stay was very short but I would definitely recommend this hotel. They were probably the nicest, most helpful staff I have experienced.

Excellent location for visiting the city. Friendly reception staff - spoke excellent English. Breakfast had plenty of choice and gluten free bread available on request. Parking two minutes away in an underground car park. Room beautifully decorated.
