We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsDue to the exceptional (bad) weather conditions (pouring rain, floodings), the room became a bit damp, but that was probably beyond the influence of the hotel management
Beautiful garden, nicely decorated comfortable rooms, delicious dinner and breakfast, very attentive staff, easy beach access, extra service and very convenient is the EV charger at the hotel entry for guests

Room slippers are not available and breakfast options were limited (no a la carte and buffet was very limited). The restaurant would do better if there was more staff also. Other than that, rooms are very nice, modern and clean. The Italian air purifier was really nice and made the room smell so good. Thank you!

United States of AmericaThe staff were not friendly and quite rude from the start. Our sliding patio door didn't lock. The staff was not able to fix it or offer any solutions other than, "We can fix it tomorrow". We had to put the ironing board in the sliding window tract to be able to sort of lock the door. We didn't feel comfortable leaving the property during out short stay because of valuables and our possessions in the room not being secure. While the rooms were pretty and the bedding comfortable, I wouldn't recommend coming here.
The bed was quite comfortable and the room was a good size with nice amenities.

United Kingdom- charging for water in the room 3€ for 500mL. there should be at least a complimentary bottle of water - breakfast is way overpriced (22€ pp) and has limited offer. Breakfast staff need training - no awareness of needs: no plates available and staff wouldn’t notice and would be replacing coffee cups when there were plenty already; very small portion of scrambled eggs available - finishes after 2 or 3 ppl help themselves and i had to ask for it to be replenished; I had to help myself to cutlery and no tables available tables set for breakfast; staff don’t even say good morning - the minute you step in they will ask for your room number across the room overall our stay was ok but this hotel is way overpriced for what it offers
