Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandVery expensive! coffee from a machine €7 a Gin €14 without tonic Small tapas in bar around €15 each . Charge for the indoor pool and sauna €10 per hour ! And it's very small .Very far away from Airport ,Taxi cost €90 to hotel ,and not any decent restaurants close by ,so had to go to town in taxi which is €20each way. But hotel beautiful and quirky, worth the hotel fee but not the extras .

Dog friendly, they had a little bed, food and water bowls and toys for him. Being right on the sea. Coffee machine in room. Balcony with sea view. Various bars. Spacious room.

United KingdomThat you have to pay for SPA access. Outdoor swimming pool was not open for the season yet (it would have been too cold anyway) but it really doesn't make any sense to me to have to pay for the spa.
Breakfast was amazing. Also had dinner in the restaurant and room service, both were good.

FranceThe bar was closed almost all the time, it’s a shame since it had the best view. And with that view it’s a shame to only open at night when you can’t see anything.
The view was extraordinary. We had a room on the 3rd floor. The staff was very helpful. Room service food was really good, we had the burger. The restaurant also has really good food.

FranceLocation is superb for people willing to be as much isolated as they want still staying in the city. However, without the car it would be hard to get to the city center. Parking is quite hard to reach from the room, so you need to get to the hotel entrance, off load your things and then go by car to the parking in another block.
View from our room was right on the sea, château If on an island and picturesque rocky cliffs erecting from the sea. Room although quite modest in size has lots of options for placing the stuff and lighting. Common areas are very fotogenic.

I had an incredible experience at this breathtaking hotel, which offers a safe environment for tourists. The views from the hotel were absolutely stunning and left me speechless. I decided to indulge in room service and treat myself to some cocktails, and I was thoroughly impressed. The food arrived piping hot and the communication with the staff was excellent. I'm already looking forward to returning for New Year's.

United KingdomFelt very corporate with conference taking over a lot of the hotel during the day and bar in the evening. Frustrating the conference was able to flow into the pool area with their coffees in mugs and glasses whilst we were trying to sunbathe peacefully and only allowed plastic cups. Then on both days there were building works going on in the room above us and one day we had no water in the morning for a few hours so couldn't use the toilet or shower.
Hotel was modern, clean and stylish with amazing sea view and beautiful pool. Restaurant was delicious and fantastic staff.

IrelandThe food was only OK in both bars. We didn't eat in the restaurant as a result. Bad hairdryer!!! Also had to ask for toiletries top ups (we were there for 5 nights).
Great location if you want to be a little removed from the busy city, which we did. Beautiful hotel when you get to grips with the eccentric decor! Outdoor area is also great - pool, bar. Bus stop outside the door to bring you into the city or down along the coast to some gorgeous fishing villages and the national park.

United KingdomThe music when on until about 2am one night & food at pool could have a better choice or just a more interesting menu. People on drinks bar were lovely but there was grumpy lady on the food bar!
Hotel & staff great - breakfast was incredible too! Bathroom could have been bigger - was more like a shower in a cupboard and one night the pool party was annoyingly loud until late, but everything else was brilliant.
