You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsCorrosion, not dirty just very old. It was very small, the shower had no curtain so the entire "bathroom" including toilet will get just as wet as you will. But it was a shower, a bed and we could be on our way again.

The location was OK, staff at reception as well. However there was no warm water and a cold shower after a 12 hour drive is not something to look forward too. The person(s) in the next room must have been upset about it too and were seemingly banging their head against the wall - quite noisy in the middle of the night.

Friendly staff and comfortable bed which was clean as were the towels. When we arrived none of the plugs were working in the room but staff did rectify this.
