Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThis isn’t the apartment it’s self, but the transport company that they use is severely disappointing. We had a late night arrival flight that was previously disclosed to the company, and the apartment confirmed that with them prior to our arrival. Our plane was delayed by an hour. The driver was waiting for us when we arrived and he drove us to the apartment. On arrival at the apartment, I then was told a 30€ higher price than previously agreed apon. (I had a confirmation of the quoted price in hand). When I asked the driver why the price increase, he just told me that it is what his boss told him. I told him I only had the amount of euro planned for the original price and his tip, so he offered the card reader. His card reader had no internet connection. I did pay him the extra requested, however I had no tip at this point. The next morning the apartment staff called the company. He was informed that the driver had to park due to our delay and they incurred a 30€ parking fee (while I can understand unexpected expenses, this was something that should’ve been disclosed during booking or at least before/during transport. We also had a reservation set up for transport two days later to go from the apartment to Gare De Lyon. I confirmed with the front desk the day before that my transport booking was confirmed and our departure time was 7:30, an hour before the reception opened. Our family was waiting outside the apartment at 7:15am. The transport company never showed. At 7:45, the reception staff came in and made a phone call for us. He then told us that The Pullman had taxis available ASAP. We walked to the next block were we were able to catch 2 taxis immediately for our party of 4 and luggage. The two taxis were 25€ cheaper than the transport company was going to charge us.
The staff was kind and courteous, very helpful and accommodating. The view from the apartment can’t be beat! Perfect view of the Eiffel Tower.

United StatesA few lighter blankets would be good , here is no top sheet, the comforters get hot in thru night. The thermostat was confusing for us.
The concierge Xavier was so kind and very helpful many times during our stay. The location was great and so exciting to be near the Eiffel tower. The beds were very comfortable and it was great to have a kitchen and living room. The metro is nearby. We had a great stay. It was a quiet street.

AustraliaWe had an issue with our transfer to the airport not arriving early morning. As it was booked through reception we had no way of contacting the driver. It hadn’t shown up an hour + after our booked time so we ended up having to walk around to a nearby hotel to catch a taxi. Just making it in time for our flight missing it narrowly.
The location was perfect. The accommodation was well presented.

It was absolutely an amazing stay and service. Apartments are large, in a great condition and with the best possible view on the Eiffel Tower. Xavier helped a lot with many things. He made everything possible for the early check-in. That was critical for me because of a tired sick child and I appreciated a lot we were accommodated earlier. Also, he helped to ship a pendant that I forgot in the apartments. Next time in Paris I would definitely stay here to enjoy the great service, luxury apartments and an amazing view.

AustraliaSome of the neighbours were quite noisy. I understand this is hard for management to control however, there was nobody to call at 01:00am when the neighbours were screaming and having a party.
Location and view were amazing! We could almost touch the Eiffell Tower and a short stroll to cafes and restaurants. The apartment itself was very spacious. Will certainly consider staying there again.

3 bedroom and 2-1/2 bath Paris apartment for my family of six was wonderful. Large dining room and living room that had a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. Property was close to RER and Metro. WiFi worked well.

CanadaFew things to note. 1. There was a lot of noise in the apartment above. When we addressed it with the staff, they were fantastic and dealt with the guests. 2. While this is a hotel, there is no staff available in the evenings past 18:30. It would’ve been great to have staff to address the noise concern in the evening while the guests above us were been really loud.
The apartment was beautiful. We had a three bedroom suite and it had two full bathrooms plus another half bathroom. It was an excellent space for the family.

United StatesWhile the listing says it has 2 bathrooms, it was actually 1 and 2 halves. There was a shower and sink in the second bedroom bathroom and a toilet and sink in the hallway. We arrived needing to do laundry and had booked this apartment in part because of the washing machine. Which turned out to not work. On further inspection, it wasn’t plugged in (which you’d think they’d know about). They offered to do our laundry for us, but we had too much. In the end, they swapped our machine with another units the next evening. The elevator was tiny and dominated by upper floors at checkout time (we waited a long time). You could fit 2 people and one small suitcase (max!). Allow extra time to get your luggage downstairs at checkout! I realize this sounds like a long list of negatives, but overall our stay was fantastic except not getting as much laundry done as we had hoped.
We booked a superior 2-bed apartment and were on the 6th floor that had an excellent view of the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was gorgeous! The location was fantastic.

SingaporeThe dryer in our apartment wasn’t working well and thus our clothes were not dried out properly, but I belief if we stayed longer the staff would have done seething, we only used it on the last night of our 2 day stay. Other than this all are very good ! Recommended stay !
The spacious apartment is a plus in Paris, the facilities in the apartment is good. The beds are comfortable , the view is fantastic. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment with Eiffel Tower view. Location is next to metro bir hakiem, walking distance to cafes, attractions like Trocadéro and of course Eiffel Tower. And walking distance to Montaigne shopping area as welll.
