Our stay was very pleasant. We like everything: the studio (the bed, the kitchen, the bath, the cleanliness, the quietness). The staff was very polite, the location is great as well. Plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants in very close distance, the beach is very close too.

The kitchenette was pretty small but functional. Only a sofa bed.

Great location, walking distance to beaches and town. Really informative and helpful staff. Spacious studio. Sofa bed was comfy and easy to pull out. Not overlooked. Laundry in the building. Parking underneath for €10 a day.

All rooms have a sofa bed instead of a double bed, this is not very comfortable at all and impossible to make as a double. Apartment had a funny smell which we couldn't get rid of.

Great size room and bathroom. Kitchenette had everything required. Location was perfect, just up the road from the main beach.

We were met by really friendly host, that even had arranged a small gift for us on arrival. The apartment matched the price, and it was really super clean and tidy. Things like iron, wine opener and oyster knife made the stay even more comfortable. Stay was really worth the money.

Cleanliness of sofa and floor under kitchenette could have been a little better.

The apartment is a little dated but clean.

Very central location in Biarritz. Short walk to the beach and heart of the town. There was 2 sofa beds in the living room. One of the sofa beds split into 2 single beds, keeping my 3 children happy!

Apartments are tiny, no place for clothes, luggage, 2 x double beds plus table for 4. It’s very tired looking place, sofa covers have holes in places, hallway carpets are stained. Younger woman at reception. Melidie, is quite arrogant and not helpful at all. Most of the time she just dismissed our questions.

Location is perfect. Very quiet at night. very nice bathroom/towels.

One small point is to upgrade the sofa beds - they were fine for our 4 teenagers but if possible, look into upgrading them.

I highly recommend this accommodation for its central location in Biarritz. We are a family of 6 and spent 4 nights here. The room was really clean, well equipped and the staff couldn't have been nicer in helping us with any queries. For a short break, it was perfect.

Only thing that would have made my stay even better would have been a balcony. Oh and if the people in the room above me hadn't been dragging furniture (on wooden floors) until 2 a.m on a couple of nights. I know, people are on holiday and not suggesting what time they go to bed but please consider people below you? So I would book a top floor next time ;-)

I arrived early and was delighted to find my room ready. Audrey is the perfect receptionist. Friendly and efficient in French and English. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed for a fantastic week. The location was excellent. Food shops, sea and restaurants all within a few moments walk. I would definitely stay again.

The apartment is located on a cozy street, near some typical francaise restaurants and boulangeries, very close to the beach, maximum 10 minutes walk and also not far from the city center. We liked the neighbourhood and all the facilities we were offered here.

Lack of toiletries for our entire staying. We received one small shower gel for 3 persons, 4 days and when we requested more, the answer at the reception was that they cannot allocate more per room, quite dissapointing. Also, check în process îs way too Complicated, I received several emails, filled in the data via an webform and when got there, we did not receive the Code to enter the building, nor the instructions and we stayed roughly 15 minute for somebody to answer the iPhone written on the entry door.

We loved the location, the space was very clean and beds beyond comfortable.
