The breakfast was very simple. On the last day we have to take out the trash and collect all towels and sheets in a bag. While checking out at 10 am. It was a bit difficult with a toddler.

We had a one room apartment and that made our life easier while travelling with a toddler. There is also a common washing machine on the ground floor which we used for just 3.50 euros.

We went to sleep in the afternoon and couldn't because of noise from the hotel's employees, the hotel representative said he didn't know about it until I explained to him where the noise was coming from.

We enjoyed the self-contained unit which had everything we needed for a short stay. While it’s located a little out of the old town, it is an easy walk to the train station and all the sites.

We got there on a Friday night and there was no one working the desk. Normally not a problem but the code we had to get into the parking lot did not work. We did get it sorted out but for a couple of nights we had to find parking on the street.

The location was good and there was parking on the property behind the hotel.

It is unexpected, that You need to remove sheets, and remove garbage from the room. I did not see this information in booking. 1 TV remote is not working.

If You do not comply the 30€ fee is charged. Free carparking is available nearby. Paid option 8€ is ok too.. Beautiful view from the room

Nothing in particular. The reception was closed on weekend, so didn't interact with any staff. The key access was efficiently managed and had no problem in checkin.

The location was good, 20 minutes walk from the center. The room was well equipped with all necessities. You can cook your own meal if you want to. Overall a decent experience.

The lobby was a bit dingey and uninviting. There was a note in the room saying you have to strip the bed and take your bin out otherwise you'll face a penalty — which just feels like a threatening and unpleasant tone.

I do not recommend it. They ask you to clean the kitchen but they don't give you a sponge and a cloth for the counter, the dishes were greasy, probably from previous guests that didn´t clean them well. They also ask you to take out the garbage. If you don´t do all this, they charge you 30 euros.

The location is good, it is a 15-minute walk from the center and in a quiet area.

The toilet and the entire bathroom was not that clean, you could see some marks of dust and dirt everywhere. The quality of the materials was also not great. Towels were not tidy and they had a bit of a funky odour.

I think the plus was that it was quite spatious and for that price we had 2 room.

Nothing, it has exceeding our expectations.

We were very happy with the room, both comfortable and modern. It was impeccable clean, and it has all the amenities needed. The staff at reception was very friendly and helpful with touristy advices and commuting information from Annecy to our further destinations. Located at walking distance from the old city and transport lines, including the rail and regional bus stations. Nearby, we could find convenience stores and eateries. Very good!
