Nothing anyone can do about it but the school kids are pretty loud around 8am. Once they’re back in their classroom it was quiet again.

The staff were very kind and helpful. We got to the hotel early and were able to leave our luggages so we can explore the city. It’s a quaint lovely hotel very close to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees. We were also able to walk down to the Eiffel Tower in 25mins, a little far but easy because it’s downhill. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The pressure and temperature of the shower was great. We also loved the fact that we had 2 adjoining rooms so our kids could have their own space. We didn’t use the kitchenette but that was a nice touch. The rooms were not big but good enough even with my very tall husband and kids (over 6 feet tall!). Didn’t expect an elevator but they had one! It was nice to not have to haul our luggages to the 2nd floor.

Location was excellent. The facilities in this rather small room were quite amazing! We made ourselves the same breakfast we would have had at home on a 2 burner hob!

Unfortunately our impression was spoiled once we have opened sofa bed and discovered some finger snacks inside it and also underneath.

Hotel is located on quite street in Paris center, 3 minutes walk from Arc de Triomphe and 15-20 minutes from Eiffel Tower. Room was exactly as it is shown on the hotel's pictures. It has tiny kitchenette with sink, induction cooktop, microwave, coffee machine ( aka Nespresso ), good amount of dishes, small eat-in-kitchen area( table with stools), good size bathroom with electric wall battery. Bedroom is small but enough for sleeping and suitcases. Living room has sofa bed, chair, coffee tables and closet with safe. Room sizes are small but decent for Paris center. Beds were comfortable, we got 2 pillows for each person. Hotel provides reusable bottle of water which is refiled daily , we have requested additional one and got it without any issue. Our room was on the 4th floor so no view is available. Hotel has elevator and noticeable stairs. Room was cleaned daily including weekend and towels were exchanged even thought we have hanged it on the battery. We did not use hotel breakfast as Pret-A-Manger ( *PRET*) is 50 meters away from the hotel. Stuff is friendly and supportive.

Room itself (a junior suite) was not very big, 15 cm on both sides of the bed is not a lot.

Very much enjoyed staying this time with a courtyard facing room, very pleasant stay for 3 nights! Good sized room, very good value for money within the location in Paris. I have stayed many times before and will certainly be returning again.

But the lift was broken during my stay! One day after I was back, the door was not locked by the cleaner after cleaning. Glad that my belongings was fine! Great locations to visit all the scenery and major stations!

I booked this hotel for last minutes since my airbnb is really terrible! Glad that after online booking on the same day, my check in was smooth! I can park my car very close by the hotel!

The property is located next to an elementary school and you could hear the children during recess; sleeping in was not an option.

The window that opened to look into the courtyard was beautiful! The loft bed was absolutely charming!

We were charged €10 more than the price that was confirmed on booking.com. This left me feeling uncomfortable. Also, it wasn't entirely clear which items in the room were included in the price and which were extra and at what cost (e.g. the bottle of water by the bed).

The location was extremely good - very near the Champs Elysee and, in particular, the Lido 2 theatre, which we were visiting. I liked that the hotel was located in a quiet side street but also very near the centre. The room was perfectly good for what we needed. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable and a good size. The shower was great!

The room was extremely small despite being caller ‘jr suite’. The lighting in the room was very dim. There was a huge window that would let in plenty of light but no sheers behind the heavy blackout drapes. The office across the street looked directly into the room when open so no privacy. The elevator was experiencing problems with not stopping directly at floor level and you had a significant drop down to step into the elevator. Elevator also would go directly to -1 floor before going to the floor you requested every time. This went on the entire 6 days if our stay. Had to request the room be cleaned twice due to poor housekeeping staff which the hotel said was contracted not directly employed by the property. The description said sound proof rooms but it was very loud at all hours of the night . Maybe if we had been on a higher floor than 2 it wouldn’t have been so noisy.

All of the hotel staff was extremely nice and accommodating. The location was ideal and an easy walk to great restaurants, shopping and the metro. It was extremely convenient. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was generously sized .
