The front office staff are very accommodating and pleasant. Rooms are enough to accommodate 2 people. The toilet/washroom is small but can't complain considering the price of the property.

The rooms are small, but very clean and functional. Other than a kettle to make tea/coffee, we found everything in the room perfect for us. The location is great as well. The tram and metro stations are really close by. We also opted for the breakfast on one of the mornings and were quite satisfied. The only scope for improvement would be that the tea/coffee or milk were not really hot, just warm at the breakfast.

None actually. It’s a 2 star hotel so the amenities of those 3 or 4 star hotels do not really apply. But the service and hotel itself are great :)

The location is perfect 🥰 You have access to tram, train, bus and taxi in front of the hotel. :) For a 2-star hotel, it’s clean and the staff are accommodating. Shout out to Arthur! Very friendly and nice to the guests :)

The room was rather small. It was very difficult to even keep the suitcase open.

The location of the property was quiet nice as it was located just next to the metro station. The commute to everywhere was rather convenient. The staffs were friendly and helpful.

The location is good, it is near to 4 Line metre, so you can take it to go to centre of Paris and the main touristic places. Also you can walk to the different places. We had Carrefour, Lidl near to the hotel, so for us it was an important bonus.

I enjoyed my stay there. The room had everything I needed and it was very clean. I would not say it was spacious but it was great for the money I paid. There was always someone at the reception and they were super friendly. The location is great, in a nice neighbourhood and right next to a metro station!

The walls were somewhat thin and you could hear other guests at night. I would bring some white noise to aid sleep.

I loved how the hotel was immediately outside of a metro stop and near the busline for quick and easy travel. The room had a good design with coat hangers by the door and a secure space to keep belongings. Staff spoke fluent English helping us with our travel plans.

The metro station near the hotel was out of service during the days we were at the hotel. Since we took the hotel for its proximity to the metro, we were unlucky: clearly this is not the hotel's fault, but they did not sent any notice in advance regarding this aspect...

The hotel is as described, so no surprises from this point of view (e.g., we knew the room was small). The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room in general is nice and very good location, just one minute walk to metro and tram. But the cleanliness of room could be better, found litter on the floor.

Elevator was broken when we arrived which meant we had to carry suitcases up four flights of stairs. Receptionist said elevator was being fixed within two hours. It was two days. If receptionist had told us it may take two dsays to fix, we would have accepted that.

Room was small but bright and clean. Good shower with plenty of hot water.

Enough clean (they clean the room every day, but with discontinous method, so once it's ok, once not...). The bathroom is really too little. You can visit few sights on foot, and you have to take the close metro.

All the people of the staff are very kind and nice. Little room, but cozy, big bed. Safe area, full of restaurants and bars just few meters from the metro. No noise from the street.

This hotel is conveniently located right next to the metrostop Porte d'Orleans and next to a busstop where a couple of buses stop. From here it is very easy to travel to different parts of the city. The receptionists were friendly and the hotel looked clean and nicely decorated. My room was a bit small but perfect for me alone. The bathroom was also small, especially the toilet and shower part but it was very clean and reasonable. I personally am not a fan of carpets in the room but it looked clean which is what mattered most to me. There was a tv and airconditioning, which was perfect for these hot days in the middle of August. The mattress wasn't anything special, but it was clean and I slept fine on it. It didn't feel like it was saggy. Overall, I was very content with my room. It is a bit on the expensive side but all hotels of this caliber are expensive. At least you get your money's worth with this one.

Hotel is a bit old, the room was small, but it's Paris. We would love to have a small fridge.

Great location near the drop of Orlybus station, great bakeries, near metro. Basic basic room with all you need, bed was comfortablr.
