Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

FranceIt has some derelict land around it we're rubbish had been dumped not a good look.
The hotel is ideal for the St Charles train station a steady 10 minutes walk and Metro, it is new and clean with a reasonable continental buffet breakfast included in the price.

AustriaThe area the hotel is located in is not very nice. For breakfast you have to line up (like in a canteen) to get some ham, cheese, baguette or croissant.
The hotel is located close to the train station, which is good if you have to catch a train in the morning. It is a Japanese style hotel with small rooms and functional bathrooms (incl. High tech toilet).

United StatesThe free breakfast is not worth showing up to. Long lines and limited selections of not the best food. Rooms are kind of small, but it is a budget hotel.
A/C works fine. WiFi is good, but not the fastest. Shower water is hot. Fancy Japanese toilets in the bathrooms. Location is pretty good. Underground parking is very helpful and more maneuverable than most parking lots in southern France.

Nice budget rooms with mostly everything we expect from more expensive hotels. Good sound isolation, very comfortable beds, great toilets... Clean and nice.

CanadaComminng from the train station, there is a big stairway down to the entrance of the hotel. Without the stairs, it would be a short enough walk from the train station but with stairs, we needed a taxi because of heavy luggage.

About 3 minute to train and bus station which is where airport bus stops. Hotel is at start of the city and only a short 15 minute walk to the harbour area. Hotel staff were very pleasant, room comfortable and breakfast included which is tea, coffee, juices, breads, yogurts.
