“I was unaware of the steep stairs, no mention of it being an attic. I fell, trying to access it. Had to call family to collect me. I paid £339 for only 2 nights, Despite it being a 3 nights minimum stay I have sent email explaining it, worst ever reference, furst time in 50 yrs trying accommodation outwith the staycation millport website. Still waiting on a response to my email. I shall contact the Ombudsman if no response.”
