Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomOne minor issue. We paid for a larger annex room which was very spacious. However they are located between the car park and the passing road so not very scenic and a bit of noise as people start their day.
Very friendly and efficient staff. The Jetty is a lovely restaurant. I'd recommend the Mini Gastro 5 course option. A relaxing and stylish vibe. Noted and remarked on my birthday which was a nice touch.

Our 6th visit to this amazing hotel. The staff are amazing from reception through to house keeping. It was chocolates all round from us as they deserved it. We can see all the staff are very happy! Fabulous foods and the steaks and bacon for breakfast yummy 😋 Great spa for relaxing, unfortunately the massage had to be cancelled due to staff sickness. Will definitely return again.
