Bed sheets were not changed all the days I was there. And sometimes my bed was not made yet the price was like that of 3 or 4 start hotel. I was put in a room at the top where i can not stand properly that room is fit to be a storage or to be half price but instead they charge it as a normal room which is not fair. Also, the cup and tea tray was not cleaned all the time i was there.

The room is not suitable for the guest to sleep in. Reaching to the extent in that room at the top they can not fit in a bed instead they put in a matress but they charges remains the same which is not fair.

Policy was so bad not good service it was not same hotel that I booked the send me deferent hotel after payment gone true he said room have some problems not good costumer service very rude stuff even the charge me 50£ for deposit and didnt give it to me back I really disappointed 😔

Staircase was creaky and narrow, there's a restaurant area but no in house food, room was colder than expected.

The room I was allocate in the main building was very bare including not having a bedside lamp. I was allocated a room 2B and only to find it was not vacant when we opened the door. Had to wait for a while before an alternative is being sought Not having breakfast was not a good start not even a cereal

Staff is very rood. The receptionist said that after midnight, he stayed in the room because he didn't want to seet in reception and opened doors for everyone who was going to smoke. 🤣🤣🤣

We were moved to sister hotel at point of booking not notified before arrival. No teaspoons in room. En suite needs replacing chrome damaged and flaking all water damaged. Breakfast not great and staff not following guidelines for food safety. No gloves no tongs food just warm. Pillows and quilts need replacing and my mattress had lots of stains on it. Clean sheets were a god send.

I think it’s a hotel for homeless and down and outs no one spoke English, towels at doors to soak up the rain, it says full English breakfast no bacon food was kept in cold trays odd cups and saucers no teaspoons just wooden stirrers It says bar and sky tv but got neither

This review has been hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

We booked this for our uncle.He is a patient. The Hotel allocated them a room in the 3rd floor. The lift was not working during the stay so we asked to change their room to the ground floor.The receptionist agreed to change the room the next day but instead, they moved them to their partner hotel.There was also no fan or A/C and the shower door was broken.

Staff was very helpful. Breakfast superb.

There was little hassle to move around. But they were very helpfull.The staff on reception were very friendly.She knew her job.

We were moved to their sister hotel Premier lux because they had some problems with the room in Cranbrook hotel.The room was comfortable. The breakfast was very basic. They arrange taxi both ways free of charge. The staff was good.

It was hot! We did not expect air conditioning but a fan would have been nice... The beds were very hard given us some trouble with our backs. The breakfast was not so good...

We did not stay at this hotel, they sent us to a sister hotel, called Britannia Inn (which was pretty close). We got large rooms for the five of us and that served our purposes.

We got relocated to the Britannia Inn with a suposed upgrade. The rooms were not soundproof, we could hear the other tenants. There was no AC in the room. The bathroom ventilator was really dirty which occasionaly dropped dust. When we showered the bathroom would get really wet, which occasionaly we would slipped.

The room TV had much to offer. The kitchen staff were friendly and the food was good. Also the people who cleaned our room left if clean.
