.Portable fan was fine but big and not easy to move around room to where required. No other issues, and the fan was very much appreciated.

Breakfast was good. Enough choice and great length of time to suit anyone wanting a long lie. Staff were all exceptionally nice, friendly and very helpful.

The room facilities were functional but outdated and it was a small double bed which is too small for two regular sized people to sleep comfortably.

We were right at the top of the hotel and there was no lifts, hadn’t realised this when booking or would of specified a lower level room

The stairs up to the top floor are quite narrow, not for the unfit, injured or anyone with limited mobility/mobility issues

Lovely building, easy to find, clean and simple decor with little touches of luxury - it’s not perfect but for the price it did the job, the bed was really comfy, had all the amenities you’d need for a few nights stay, the only criticism was the shower pressure was terrible but it’s not a big deal.

Tiny room, nowhere to put clothes no drawers, had to leave in suitcase, not ideal. Cost for size & standard of room was extortionate!!! On the plus side the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The stairs are a nightmare, especially with luggage. My room with 2 twin beds was very cramped. Breakfast was definitely not worth the cost

Anyone with mobility issues may need ground floor room as lots of stairs & no lift but that can’t be helped it is the type of building

Only negative at the time was no air con, there’s not many hot days in the UK but when there is staying on the 4th floor of a Victorian house is far from ideal.

It was 28C when we were there and the room had a fan and an opening windows so we managed but I imagine it may get quite hot.

A cute, basic hotel in a lovely old building in a fantastic location. It had everything we needed for a short trip, small room and not super flashy but clean and comfortable. A lovely quiet area, walking distance to everything you need.

The stairs were very inconvenient as I travelled with my 76 year old dad. No warm.breakfast in the cold London weather.
