Everything perfect really not sure if there was a shower fan in our ensuite which caused to room to mist up even with the window open. However, this did not affect the use of these facilities.

A wonderful relaxing stay, Tina & Amanda offer a standard of service that is often not seen in this type of establishment these days. We did not use our car at all during the time we stayed, lots to do and see in the area, we shall be back should we visit Swanage again, and as for Breakfast, it was exceptional, cannot recommend Swanage Haven highly enough!

Lovely friendly welcome, gorgeous breakfasts (amazing home-made granola!). Amanda and Tina offered lots of useful info about local things to do/see. Room was quiet, warm and cosy, communal spaces very comfy.

Lots of lovely little touches that would not have been out of place in a 4 star hotel. The food was beautifully fresh and well presented. We loved the little 'honesty bar' and seating area. Beds very comfortable.

Nothing really. Room might get hot in the summer but fans were in evidence. No EV charger but its being planned for the future!

Great hosts, made us feel very welcome. breakfast was a delight and location perfect to stroll into town and beach. Room was really comfortable and quiet.

A fabulous guest house with very comfortable rooms and additional touches to enhance your stay eg fresh milk in little fridge. The breakfasts were amazing especially the home made granola and I was made to feel very welcome and at home.

Nothing we were really happy with our stay

Friendly helpful hosts. They texted me 2.5 hours before check in to say we could check in early and made us a pot of tea on arrival. Room was very clean and comfortable with a great shower with lovely toiletries provided. Had our own fridge and a comfy bed. Hospitality tray had a good variety of beverages available. Breakfast was delicious, lots of options available, well cooked and generous portions. Would definitely stay here again if we were in Swanage

Tina and Amanda are wonderful hosts who can't do enough for you, are very knowledgeable about the area, and provide a "home-from-home" environment. The rooms are immaculately cared-for and ours (on the top floor) was very spacious. Bear in mind that this is a house with various size rooms and check before you book - Tina and Amanda will always give you an honest description of the rooms available. Breakfast was superb - couldn't fault it. Plenty of choice and cooked to perfection. Parking is sufficient for the number of rooms, but be prepared for the possibility of being blocked in if you park in the driveway spaces which are end-to-end rather than side-by-side. We parked on the road without any issues in the peak holiday season, so no bother. If you want a comfortable, clean and fuss-free holiday with friendly hosts then look no further. Tina and Amanda will do all they can to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Could do with a full length mirror in bedroom or bathroom - though there was one just outside the bedroom door so it wasn't too much of a problem.

Clean, comfortable, stylish room with large bathroom. Breakfast was excellent - great quality and plenty of it! Good location with short walk to beach and town. Friendly and helpful owners who are doing a great job.

The staff went out of their way to make sure we were settled and happy. The room was super clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and generous. I'd happily stay here again.
