Perfect place to stay in Athens. Great (and safe) location with an amazing view from the rooftop where breakfast is served. You can also admire the views in the evening. The rooms are very comfortable, with a rather large toilet for the Athenian reality :) (I have been to Athens many times and believe me, this toilets are very comfortable). Tasty, varied breakfast. Very helpful staff, we even managed to park the car right at the entrance to the hotel (thanks to the receptionists). Highly recommended.

The hotel had a beautiful view from the rooftop to the Acropolis to enjoy while having breakfast or a drink in the evening. Staff were extremely helpful and recommended some beautiful restaurants in the nearby pedestrian only streets. Very helpful with all information to explore Athens and providing a map to mark restaurants and all the amazing sites to see.

The building as expected was quite old, but very clean. Water damage in our bathroom was present.

The view was spectacular, and the location was within walking distance of what we wanted to do and see in the short time we were there. Breakfast was amazing!

My only complaint is the lack of electrical outlets in the bathroom. We had to plug in curling irons in the hallway with an extension cord.

The hotel is in an old, quiet neighborhood, directly across from the Acropolis. The building is old, but has been recently updated with modern electrical and plumbing. The balcony was very small but the roof top area was very nice with exceptional views!

TOP TIP - - if you eat breakfast outside be warned the pigeons have no fear and they can be a pest. But don't be put off staying here - If like me you detest pigeons, you can always eat inside on the roof terrace which still offers fabulous views of the Acropolis and Athens.

Good side view of the Acropolis from our balcony, but the best view is from the roof terrace open all day and night - also where you go for breakfast which is very nice. The staff are really helpful and the hotel is in a brilliant location for the main archaeological sites and the acropolis museum. We would definitely stay here again - it was the most expensive of all the hotels we stayed in during our trip around Greece but the we'd expect to pay more in the city centre and so close to the Parthenon.

We stayed for 3 nights at the Acropolis View Hotel which is ideally located in central Athens. We went for the Acropolis View rooms but wherever you stay the view from the roof top bar is superb. The staff were great & really helpful with transfers to and from the airport & recommendations for local restaurants. We were able to check in early and also leave our luggage on the last day.

The bathroom was so small and there wasn't anyplace where we could put out toiletries, toothbrush, toothpaste etc There was no remote for the TV and it was so high up on the wall it would have been hard to watch it
