Even before going there I contacted the hotel for an airport transfer, the way they spoke to me put me at ease, it is a family run hotel and we were treated like family, rooms were very clean and all the facilities were available, beautiful location, whatever you need owners didn't know how to say no, our all needs were very professional taken care for, we had wonderful time to start our 9 days of Greece island hoping tour, I very highly recommend this place. I like to mention Anna Koufida and Dimitra Pascalida for looking after us, we used their airport transfer service and Leonardo was very good

Their morning breakfast needs improving specifically if you are vegetarian but chef and staff made so much effort to understand our needs and tried to get it right the next day but still fell sort of expectation, while talking to owner they admitted what they need to do and I am very sure they will get it right as they were open for criticism and wanted to get it right

Stayed in Santorini over a week and tried a few luxury hotels. This is by far, the best! Excellent service, they provided so much information and services before I asked. Attention to details are amazing, the most comfortable sheets, heated pool ( very important if you do not go in summer). Not to mention the amazing view right facing the sunset. My only regret was not to book another night here.

We were lucky to have a room looking out to the sea and the lighthouse. The hotel is easy walking to the old town, beach and the bus station for trips around the Island and the airport. The hop on hop off bus just around the corner. Lots of restaurants near by. The room has double glazing which cuts out noise from the street. Breakfast was included an excellent spread.

Not really a complaint, but the shower area is quite small with a curtain surround. Care needs to be taken that the drain isn't blocked by the curtain.

Good views of mountains and sea. Watching and hearing goats nearby. Good freshly made breakfast . Oven, hob and microwave fine for cooking. A bus service to villages including te deserted village where you can walk back along the road. All pleasant.

Everything was absolutely perfect!!! It was my best hotel experience so far. The staff made so much effort to help with every little request. The hotel is so beautiful and the food was great. Thank you for a lovely vacation 💕

My credit card was charged twice when checking out and they have taken forever to refund the card after multiple calls and emails. In addition to this, even though I don't use this card much, the card has been cloned and is being used in the Netherlands while I'm in Greece! Very disappointing and stressful :(
