The rooms are converted from a single bedroom into two bedrooms where the main bed is in the ex-living room. So there is next to no privacy apart from a sliding door. The bathroom hygiene is very low, the toilet is dirty. The shower head hook was broken so you have to hold the head with one hand while washing with the other. Since there is no living room, the living room is on the terrace outside - great unless the neighbors are chain smokers so you can't stay outside or open your windows. Many the property items are close to the end of their shelf life and it tells, lots of stuff are breaking apart or not working.

The hotel is at a great location, 200m from the beach, close to the main Sithonia road but still far enough so the traffic noise is not a problem. Small neat hotel with enough parking, grass all around the property. The staff is very nice and welcoming.

Veru bad WIFI, there is no content for kids, sodon't rely on wifi. Mop is your friend, needs 2 towels to clean all water after showering, shower curtains cannot save you. Small kitchen!

Water from the tap is terrible, bathroom is not perfectly clean, one of the two stove places was not working.

The location is perfect. It is very close to the quite nice beach, close to many famous beaches. It is silent, barbecue is always available, staff are helpfull, kitchen tools are just enough.

The studio was exposed to sun like 14 hours out of 24 and didn’t have any suitable umbrella or anything that could provide some sort of shade on the balcony, so you have to stay inside with your ac on when you’re not on the beach. The internet connection was extremely poor, you could barely have half bars full in some period of the day. Both remarks are about the “bungalows” (that is a distinct part of ground floor studios situated in the back of the property; what you see in the pictures is the front of Atlantis studios which is a completely different picture-the shading was appropriate and internet was fast in that part of the property, probly due to the close position of the router.

It has a good location, relatively close to the beach (aprox. 250m meters), it has the best staff, very friendly, kind and looking forward to furfill your needs

The kitchen was small and uncomfortably positioned. The shower handle did not have a stand (common in Greece, beats me why). The bathroom did not have ventilation.

The location was good, barbeques were very well equipped. Lots of space for the children.

The location allows you to visit many beaches by car 10 min drive from Atlantis. Also there is a great beach in front of the house 2 min walk which is also great. Value from the small studio is great due to the low price that they ask. Aldo Maria the Host was supper kind.

The Internet connection in the back apartments was very poor.

This accommodation has a great location. It's 1min from the small village Toroni, but this location is probably the best for those who wanna check out other beaches and places in that part of Sithonia. The apartment was good - typical domatia, but I liked that the terrace is open towards the nice garden. The place is really family & kids friendly.

There is no store to go by foot so we had to drive for a few minutes to by food or to go to restaurant. There is no path for a walk unless you go by car to the village wich is few minutes away. I guess you cant have it all

The beach was near by and not crowdy the studio was quiet with trees around. There is one beach bar and restaurant near by so we could by frapedes. The cleaning was perfect and on every 3 days and ladies are very nice

I liked everything. The fact that is it outside Toroni and it is very quiet and it has a big yard and many parking spaces, was great. I saw some of the villas and hotels in Toroni. They did not have this much space and I can imagine it could get very noisy at night, but at Atlantis is was very quiet. The staff cleaned the room every 2 3 days, some very friendly kids that are helpful. You can make a barbecue there, Desternika beach is very close. Every apartment has a nice terrace with shade. I can't say anything bad about the place.

The place has amazing location. Beach is located two or three minutes by foot. It is very clean beach, family friendly with a beach bar and a tavern. The staff in Atlantis studio was more than awesome, very good English speakers, very kind and helpful. It has a private a private parking, which is very big. It has a barbecue, big green yard. Our room had a sea view. Air-conditioned with all facilities working.. It was everything we expected for a nice and quiet stay. Toroni town is located 1.5 km from Atlantis studios, which is not big deal. We wouldn't trade the beach in front of Atlantis with any other 🙈 Also there weren't any mosquitoes.

Apartments are neat to beautiful beach Destenika, 2min walk. Apatment had beautiful beach view, enought space and clean, kitchen have all needed.Nice jard and private parking. Toroni is on 2 minutes drive. Wi fi is good ar the morning and at night.

The room was dated, hairs from other people could be found everywhere, the water running from the taps had a yellowish colour, the pillows had a strange (not pleasant) smell.
